edit: How in the world is there 49 people viewing this......

Oh well, we'll do with the customary meme:

I know for a fact that I got the 5,000,001 post, as that is what it showed after I posted.

Well done GTPlanet! :D

True - timing is everything!👍 And then it could come full circle if he were able to get a screenshot of the sixth-millionth post.:) And then the newest member at that point would be responsible for seven million, and so on...

Do you want to try that sentence again?
I think he means 5,000 additional posts in the last 43 hours.

At that rate, look for post 6M in around 356 days.

4-5 million was a lot faster then that.:odd:
It won't be that long to 6 million. My prediction only.;)

 You can only see your name because you are logged in and reading the thread. Sorry man but you're not in GTP history. TB and UlisesGC are though.:P

Let's see. Post number 4,000,000 was made on December 7th, 2010. So it only took us 5 months to go up another million. So taking into account that forum activity has slowed down quite a bit, I'll say 6-7 months for 6 million.

^So December probably by your guess.
Remember, whatever gets announced by Polyphony at E3 and with something massive to do with Europe(possibly GamesCom) will increase activity quite a bit, depending on the game.;)

No on the link in the article my post was on the same page of TB's Congratulations GTPlanet post, and I saw UlisesGC too lol it's like "welcome to our newest member UlisesGC!" lol

So now is it safe to say that the forum's posts have at least doubled since GT5 released?

Just had a quick look at the total posts now, and we're around 7,940,000. How long would it take to make 60,000 posts?

Assuming post rates maintain their average over the last month, we'll add 60,000 posts in about 20 days.

How many of these posts will come from people posting about the posts that will bump the post count?
