There;s a hex now to have your cap at 999,999,999 and have that amount. If you do one race, though. It will go back down to 20 million again.

Umm... I thought it was still possible after the 2.12. A little different kind of modding but still similar. Search on Youtube for that. There will be videos that shows hybriding after 2.12

No you cant't. The only thing you can do on 2.15 is Drivetrain Swap, And Paint cars you cant...
