I tried this yesterday and it works. It was funny driving the X1 around SSR5. I slammed into a Zonda at 600 MPH, and caused it to fly in the air.

Yes. But someone (Hmmm???) is making a program that will be able to extend that cap to a max of 100,000,000CR.

So then it is useful one time? That much XP would cap you at lvl40 if your a lvl 37 or higher, and any lower you would only need to do 2-3 correct?
Considering the fact that you can use a Seasonal Race and just do a build with 75 less PP then the cap for that respective race, and in turn make over $1.5Mill/per not to mention that you could use that race to break in cars used for WRS or any other group. Just seems redundant to do this.
Like having a 3000 hp car, it is pretty useless.

Just seems like an empty gain, if you acquire it that way, you didnt really earn it, more like cheated your way to it.
I get what your saying, I have missed the later Chaparral 2 times, one time by $1 mill and it was at the bottom of the UCD, but I guess to me, that is half the fun of possessing such. It was more rewarding to have acquired it the way I did and felt like i not only earned it but deserved it for my patience. I am currently doing the same with the 2J; missed it by a half million, and made a purchase that just put me back down to $9million. At an earning rate of $1.25 mill/per 7 minutes on FR High Speed Ring Seasonal with a 230HP 1415kg GT86/FR-S/BRZ, you have to earn you 1st place against the Shelby Series One SC but it is MORE then attainable with such setup, but can keep dialing in the car to run 1'16" or better with no draft. I have done so with a dozen or so of those chassis' and do so to gift to friends so they can do the same.
Just my opinion though, and we all know the old saying about that

Yea, I would definitely like to add someone who has one on borrow. Or if someone can gift one, ill make a new account and put it on borrow that way whoever wants one can just add that and use it.

Try the civic thread, or maybe better luck in the gt5 hybrid thread. Hell, just check all your current psn friends and see if one has is on lend.

That is very far from a universal opinion though. I'd much prefer not earning it. Saves time and lets me enjoy the car and the game.

NFS is the opposite of what I want. It's your standard game that's all about collecting and progressing and not about racing.
And how would you even come to a conclusion on my type of game from what I said? You ignored physics for one. My ideal is actually the hardcore PC sim model, which is fun > everything else. There is usually nothing to unlock, but no shortage of things to do.

I used the borrow app to get the redbull car, and it worked flawlessly.
Now I am trying to get the GTR, and I am getting this error.

All I do is drag my save game from the flash drive to the desktop, steal the car
, and drag it back to my flash drive. I've even done it numerous times in a row for various cars and only had it screw up once with a corrupt save (thank you backups) - but probably due to me pulling it out too early.Loving this though. Finally bought myself another XJ13 - now I just need to get that pesky FTO Super Touring Car.
So call me thick but where does this car come from? is it the normal x2010? It says: Take this car, either borrowed from a friend or your own, which implies it can be obtain legitimately?

Would anyone mind sharing this car as i had to start over on GT5 now only level 8, messed up my old data through cloud saving losing 321 cars and was level 34 which took along time to reach, so would be useful to use this hybrid car to get back to that level.
I wouldnt expect someone to lend the car for nothing so i could give a GT5 acadamy code for all DLC as i already own this.
