After some more tries, managed a time of 55:960 to put me 1646th rank with Nowcontrol's tune.

Gained a lot of time in the long right hander in the middle of the lap.

Phew!

trans at 137 mph (220 km)

Short shift

10/10/20

Sports computer and fully lightened, power restricted to 96.7%

Good luck. 👍

Thanks a ton for this.

Managed a time of 55:481 to put me 793rd.

Still the rear end is quite loose. Would you suggest adding some ballast though?

When comparing this car to the Ford RS200, the Acura is more stable when exiting the long right corner in the middle of the lap. That's where I gained over my previous best of 55:9xx.

Well even though I've fallen to 795th in the world rankings, I'm unofficially / officially the best ranked player from India.

Even though it's nothing to brag about, I feel it's an achievement somewhat as I've never been so high before.

Maybe my driving skills are getting better.

Nice job, mate!

There's a few ways to adjust a loose rear. Try bringing the diff setting up 1 or 2 numbers to 12/12/20. Listen to the tires, they'll tell you which one is being worked, and you can tell if that helped or not. If that isn't good you can try upping the front suspension numbers a little, or soften the rear. Or steer less.

Take all the curb and just miss the walls.

Edit: ballast is never good in my opinion, just adds weight and weight is never a good thing.

I kind of owe my time to You as Your setup helped me gain such new heights.

Will try the changes again. Not enjoying the new seasonals released today, so will keep practicing this TT for some more days.

I drove the NSX'04, Shelby, RS200 & the Acura but the Acura felt to be the most suited to this track & my driving style. I enjoyed Shelby & RS200 even. Felt the RS200 had more potential as it's a 4WD.

Is there a setup for the Shelby, which is the most favoured car for this TT?

The standard C5 Corvette worked for me. Limited the power, lowered it, reduced the weight, and adjusted the drivetrain and tranny. Easy gold.

Nice to finally have a seasonal where a couple of cars can be competitive.

All the top aliens seem to be using the Shelby thou.

Presently with DS3 (with ABS1) have reached the following times:
Shelby 0:54.922
GT40 0:55.041
RS200 0:55.233

Tomorrow will give the HSC a try.

Out of your 3 times posted, the Acura should come 3rd or 2nd as it's quite a stable car in the middle sector of the lap.

All the best.
