Im in a seris and i need to know whats the best set up for the Ferrari 599 with sport medium tires?(gearing, Supension, LSD)

You have to run a 599? Even at 550pp, you will have wheelspin challenges on Sport medium tires. You can start here: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=5572050#post5572050 and modify for your use. The suspension is great, but you will need to adjust gearing and maybe LSD.
