@Stotty , Do you have a smartphone with net access to use as wi-fi hot spot?

It's how I connect my PC & PS3, because I have no land-line.

Yes, I have a 3G Blackberry... I'll try it tomorrow 👍

Have to be careful though as it's a work phone that I am allowed to use personally, but not to run up massive data charges!

Connecting to the server for seasonal stuff uses very little data, unlike the online racing lobby services.

EDIT: Also, keep the phone plugged into the charger when using the hot spot and if you have a small electric fan, you should hang the phone over the front grill because they can get a little hot with the wi fi hot spot switched on.

Yeah, I went into an online race once to see how it was with my phones speed [7.2mbps down & 1mbps up, max], It wasn't great, thankfully the online racing doesn't interest me and I never do it.

I'm getting worried about thos PSN Ddos attack, what if it stays offline even longer?:scared: I have not don any seasonal events this week yet:indiff:

FFS... just spent an hour on the phone to SKY.

My network is FUBAR and won't stay up for more than a few minutes at a time... can use the internet sporadically, but can't connect to PSN. 3-5 days to fix.

Might not get another chance to run this again :(
What is FUBAR?

Sorry to hear mate. Hope the 3G thing works for you. On the other hand i hope not. Cos you lost at least one place. Maybe i can beat you now for once during a seasonal :ron:

Man the amount of 15.5xx i did the last 2 days is that much. If i could give away laptime i could give everybody in the top 100 that is slower than a 15.599 a 15.5xx  it was not if i could improve my 15.458 but when and man that cost me some time  But i did it on a 15.222 now for P14 :sly: Still .150 out there but i'm done. I think

That oil change thing is really starting to irritate me. I was happy that it was gone in GT6. Some 🤬 at PD decided to put it back. Looks like the more miles you have on the car the more you keep changing oil. And doing more chassis reinforcement more and more. Was using the Base model and decided to buy a new car and bought the Raybrig cos i like the looks. But it handled different with the exact same tune. So my question is if you buy a new and directly do a chassis reinforcement will it handle different then with chassis reinforcement, does anyone know? Of does al the different HSV's handle different?

What place am I even in? I haven't looked or done the TT in like 4-5 days since my last lap. Just haven't had the time to do it.

As some others, I've used my mobile phone data to get into the seasonal TT's, IIRC you'll spend very few data with that.
I think I am right in saying that most of the top runners are not using turbo, just a stage 3 engine?
You can check it out at the top 10 replays who is using a turbo and who is not, if there's a turbo dial in dials view then there's an installed turbo, no dial = no turbo, as simple as that.

Thanks mate :)

Was on my way for a 1:14,xxx today, but decided to brake to early for the final turn.

But managed a 1:15,099, P9 again. :D

I bet you made better decisions in your life

Nice laptime

I hope to join you down there soon! I made it all the way to the corkscrew only 2 tenths off of eclipse only to choke >_<

This is not a pretty lap, but a half second improvement after thinking that I was at the limit is quite nice. If I'm lucky a top 500 spot could be possible now in this TT. :D I used Mini Stiggy's setup and eclipsee's tranny. Thank you guys for sharing them. It's funny how I mentioned to Chris___75 on Sunday night that this setup was like driving a bar of soap. Must be Irish Spring because I'm liking it.

I give up. I can't catch my pace from last week, so, .16.6 I think is my maximum even tho if I hade the pace maybe a low .16 was possible but so, ok, not bad.... First I was stuck on .18, then low .18, then .17.7, I thought no way that I get better/faster and after some practice .17.198, then .17.096, then the final time...

Overall, it was an amazing TT with amazing track and setup instructions, with amazing car tho, even tho I wish that instead the RH RS were available but f..k it :D

Congrats to y'all here in this thread!!!

Let's see what the next tt will bring us :)

If you haven't tried it out whit improved body rigidity you might wan't to try it out, I mean I haven't improved my time after I installed it but it certainly feels that I can be bit faster whit stiffer body, I mean you have to manhandle the car a bit more and I think at least the corkscrew gets a bit harder, but I think I'm faster on turn 4 5 and 6, at least...

So basically at your own risk, but at least it seems to suit me a bit better that whit out improved rigidity...

I know this is a bit off topic - but I figured desperate times call for desperate measures..
I have a 2hr Suzuka race this Thursday night
I'm racing the HSV and I see a lot using that here
MY HSV is respectable but is set up with some aids but I just found out the race is ABS only

I have NO time to retool the car between now and Thursday and would still like to field a competitive entry...
If ANYONE has a good ABS only tune - (so no traction control no other aids) that they'd be willing to share with me - I'd be forever grateful - feel free to PM me if you could/would help...
