I finally ran a lap for this event. I used @Ridox2JZGTE Replica Tune: BMW Motorsport Z4 GT3 (Base ADAC / Blancpain + VLN SP9 ) Replica (found here). I increased the power to fit in with the Seasonal Event guidelines. I did Stage 3 engine, Low RPM Turbo and 99.4%... I'm sure going with the High RPM Turbo would have produced a faster car... I managed Gold at 2:06.272 on my first lap with a LOT of mistakes. I almost spun 3 or 4 times - my driving was not good at all. Oh, I would definitely recommend using the gearbox for Nurburgring as you'll want/need the higher top speed, of course.

I strongly applaud anyone who manages to go below 1:55 in this event, especially evo19uk for having the fastest Audi LMS Ultra time on the leaderboard. I just drove what felt like a near-flawless lap in the BMW Z4 GT3, and yet it was only good for a 1:55.850. Still top 200 though which is better than I usually do on these time trials...

Greatly appreciated 👍 the cars good for a low 54 but getting it to behave is not an easy challenge for a mere mortal like me :)

And there we have it... Asked @01Michael to give my audi a run and see if it could be improved and hes now the fastest man in the r8 1.54.355. Great job mate as always!

Real nice improvement @SW__10

Bugger.. I'm not sure I've got anything more to give
Oh i bet u have... Iv been sayin this audi will only get a low 54... I dont see why u couldnt hit a 53... Made a huge breakthrough last night and was only a couple of car lenghs behind nico on run down conrod straight quite a few times. Amazing how much time there is just waiting to be found!

Haven't touched this since last post, so I decided to run with the Z4 to see what it was about. I tried your tune, SW_10 and it immediately brought me down to 2:02!

I think I was badly tuning my other cars and not using high-rpm turbo hurt my time. I might go for a sub-2:00 time.

Legend! In less than 10 laps after having a week off GT6, this tune got me 1:57.892 just 2 thousands away from @nowcontrol and within the same second as @Johnsmith147 to put me 738th in the world.

A couple of tiny changes to help this DS3 novice get around the tricky track...

Brakes: 6/5
Gears: Used my own ratios, didn't need 1st. Changing up vaguely around 8,000rpm. Actual top speed nudged 300km/h.
LSD: 11/11/5
TCS: 6 [forgive me!]
ABS: 1

I hate this track and every seasonal we've had on it. Finally found a way to enjoy it thanks to the Z4 and @SW__10 setup. Maximum respect for a top 10 contender to share their tune many days before the event will end. Thoroughly nice bloke. 👍

Hmmm... I made nearly .5 seconds improvement after changing my own fiddling to your brilliantly crafted tune :dopey: managed quite stunning lap on time 1:53.789 so thanks a million times for sharing your setup once again

I had about 10 mins with it last night and it is indeed fantastic. It's so much more pointy than the praiano tune. The turn in is great. I was in front of everyone at one point so I could probably pull off a 53 if I Get a chance to run again!

Ok I just had to grab an hour before the gym as I've been punted down my friends list

I did manage to slip into the 53's, not without active steering though.. :banghead:

Down to 2:00.825. Might not make it to sub-2:00 after all as I won't be able to get some time in either tomorrow or Wednesday. :(

Happy with my performance here and having discovered the Z4, though. I really like how it drives. :)
