I don't know how you blokes do it. Took me a lifetime to get to 3.8.8 and now I can't get below 3.9. I;ll be glad when it' s over so I can hopefully get my sanity back. I bow to you all.:bowdown::banghead:

come on Cossie, you can´t be slower than me, my best is 3´04.943 and I am maybe the oldest Driver of you all
Age is just a number :P I make a 3:04.2 Red lap today. With no presure i drive better. I make the fault in the first turn. Tomorrow I'm gonna try to make a nice 3:05 lap 👍

Edit: I drive this with the 2J. For me the fastest here.

Did tuning for 1 hour this morning for a 3:02.8. Ballast was -9%, full dforce, brakes 10/10, LSD (5, 9, 7), keep suspension simple. Just trying to help those still pushing in this one. If you wanna know something just ask

I have not yet tried these settings. Just a question, why do place the ballst at -9%?

3:05,879 :gtpflag: I can be faster but in the last corners i play on safe :)
If I say i make a 3:05 lap I do it :P

You are invited to come join the Geezer Racing Club, we are all 60 and over. We race online on Sat mornings EDT and also have GZR_ TT's based on the current TT but using vintage cars, Check us out in the OnLine/Clubs&Leagues thread.
I used to live in Oberkirchen/Saar in the mid 60's.

Struggling to do this one. Best yet is 3:19.5xx in my Nissan R92 CP, also tried in a 787B and wasn't even close.

:yuck:

Puegot seems to be the ticket. About 3 out of the 60,000 also had success with the 2J. Right Kossie?

Sorry for double posting but can't see the option to add this to my previous post.

A lot of top times are with the Chevrolet Chapparal 2X VGT which I'm tempted to try as it is nearly 1m cheaper than the Peugeot.

Still couldn't see where to add quoted post(s) to a post I'm editing.

It's the "+ Quote" button. 👍

Correct button order would be ..... + Quote > Edit > Insert Quotes
Yes, normally "+Quote" is the way to multiquote.

However, I think once you're in the Edit screen there isn't an option to insert a quote.

I get around that as follows:

Click "Reply" on the post you wish to quote into your edit.

Copy to the clipboard, all the text that appears in the composition field.
(I use the Cut option rather than Copy, to save from creating an unnecessary draft.)

Click "Edit" on your post.

Paste the text from the clipboard.

Add your reply to the quoted text.

Save changes.

Yes, I used that myself at first, but couldn't get a decent lap in the time I allowed myself to do so. Once I went to the 905, problem solved. :)

My GOD I am so damned close to gold with my R92 CP Race Car. Just another .4 seconds to go and I'll have done it without the Pescarolo or the Peugeot 905 (which I refuse to use for this event).

That 3:15.391 was only my 3rd attempt with this tune of mine, and the lap was a little rough. Easily losing time at the first chicane and the last 2 chicanes.
