Looks a lot better than 3, the new field of view is a big improve.
Sound is awesome, but I'm afraid that it will be really annoying for everyone who is not playing or watching the game. So everyone with a family... or neighbours... might wanna go easy on the volume

But seriously, if you have a nice headset try it with the game. There's a few nuances to the sound that I didn't pick up on until I put these on.

Amazingly enough, I've tried my old pair of these http://www.head-fi.org/products/pioneer-se-305/reviews/ , with the demo, and it sounds better than with my modern Sony sound system. Go figure. 1970s tech, who'd have guessed. lol
