Ok I obviously missed something here. What happened to Anthony Davidson? Glad to see he is doing alright though

He had a BIG crash when he was trying to overtake a GT-Am Ferrari and the B-Spec guy in the Fezza cut hum off, sending both cars to the barrier at very high speed. Davidson has a broken back but is fine. The Ferrari driver is fine but is an arsehat.

It was reported on Eurosport last night each car entry fee is around 43 thousand euro and the 1st prize is 40 thousand euro.

Yeah with the Davidson crash, they talked about it here on the TV news saying "both drivers were able to walk away" showing footage of what looked like both drivers on their feet.

It was only after coming here that I've found out about how Ant Davidson has 2 busted vertebrae.

So was he actually walking about after the crash, or did he need to be helped out of the car??

Watching this race has been a great appetiser for my 36 laps Le Mans sportscar race on GT5 today

He got out himself, complained about back pain, was taken to the medical centre and was declared fine. He continued to experience back pain so was taken to hospital where he will remain.
