I'm still here, I haven't left the house yet. Seeing the battle between the retro livery 911s. The pink pig is really on the rothmans. Well, until the LMPs got involved.

Yuppers, for sure.

For some reason, whenever I hear Buemi speak, it always feels like its not what he actually is really talking about. Kinda odd

Can they put Jenson Button in the more competitive team car? Isn't that something Formula 1 used to do in the early days?

Both Beemers have gone very well so fair really, sort of gone under the radar if anything, very much minding their own business, moving up the order. The leading #82 has had a good battle with both the #66 and #69 Fords. Good to see after a lack of pace in Practice and Quali somewhat (relative to the rest in Pro that is).

Edit: #47 Dallara in the Gravel at the 1st chicane, close to where it had it's accident in quali ironically. Slow zone as a result.

Battle for the lead in Pro has become a 3-way battle, with the #68 Ford now right there with them, and the Pink in the lead now.

(or at least it was as the #92 has just pitted).

Edit: Better still, Bourdais has just got the job done and overtaken #91 for the lead in Pro :D.

Seeing those retro-clad 911's leading GTE is just amazing! I still want to see the Corvettes get up there, but they're definitely my 2nd top choice!

I get that but coming from the IMSA series on FOX this is a huge upgrade. And like I said atleast it's on cable tv for the ENTIRE race. I'm happy.

I was reminiscing the dark days where that did happen one year. The full 24 on cable is a dream come true indeed. Goodbye Fox, we won't miss you.

The cause for the safety car(s) is debris around the track. At least Edoardo Freitas told that on the team radio.

So I bought the Motor Trend premium subscription to get commercial free WEC races but they don't carry LeMans? I have to deal with all of these commercials on Velocity? I got up about 30 minutes before the start of the race and got my laptop connected to the tv to watch the commercial free stream, but there wasn't one :banghead:

And all due respect to Tom Kristensen for what he's done at LeMans but these coaching sessions are going on a little bit too long.

I hear you, but at least IMSA is mostly on a "basic" cable channel with Fox Sports 1. I had to resort to a 7-day trial to get Velocity. That's hardly a sustainable plan IMHO.
