Guys.

Aston Martin are continuing and leading, Simonsens family wanted the team to continue.

If we want to honour his memory, lets enjoy the rest of this race.

Excellent race so far, but real sad to learn of the tragic loss of a life.

R.I.P Allen Simonsen.

[EDIT]

@ Furi
Here here. 👍

We aare, and some of us that weren't even rooting for Aston are now because they continued racing and are shooting for victory. It's still just way tragic ):

Oh my god, just went out for an hour or so, and came back to find out the news about Allan. I really feel for all his family and friends, RIP my friend :(

They do look pretty strong, and the american entries don't seem to have enough steam to chase them. It seems Aston will at last win this.

Don't see how one can be happy that they won knowing their competition was harshly handicapped by the BOP, when just last year and year before basically the same car won (2011) and finished on the podium (2012). So...let's make this very clear the American entries aren't slow because of themselves.
