Veteran move by JPM making sure that rear bumper came off on the racing line to extend the yellow long enough to get his wing replaced.:lol:
 
Completely random question but why are the lower sections of the turns 1-2 short chute stands purposely closed every year since the late 2000s? Is it a safety change?
 
Saw the replay of the empty bag of chips going across the track? Good call not to throw the yellow. ;)

EDIT: FCY #2 for the #88 into the wall in Turn 4
 
At least these cars aren't going up in the air. IndyCar did a great job correcting that.
All crashes have been glued to the wall thus far, no real suggestion on what will happen if there is a crash involving fast reverse direction movement yet.
