Instead of the boost option in multiplayer, the ship could fly down and grab the other cars in the lead with the tractor beam.

Maybe when you switch cars you actually see the beam take the cars away and replace them with what you picked!

Oh I want this feature now!!!

Since you seem to have conducted a thorough evaluation of the development process of GT5, with unrestricted access to documents, staff and management, why don't you share your findings with us? Please. What were the main issues during the development of GT5 and what things should have been prioritized differently?

...

the point is that you only see the things that are broken but you have no idea about what things were fixed.
Who cares? You and I are consumers. In a situation like this, we look at what's been given to us, and then we can decide what goes on in PD. Yes, we have little to no concrete evidence to back up our claims, but that's like saying that I can't prove that Michael Jackson was a male because I haven't actually seen him in real life.
So making a statement about bad priorities from a point of view where you have absolutely no idea about what the process was like is just silly.
Equally silly would be the inability to gather insight about a video game developer whose game you play.

You can do this by your own or tell the AI to do it for you in a game called "Carrier Command: Gaea mission". You can pick up a tank and carry over wherever you want or to your ship.

Evidence :lol::

Im sensing a merger!

Gran Command Gaea Carrier!

This is news to me. My Camaro has RideTech adjustable shocks but isn't "bagged."

Mary Pozzi

I didn't say it was! Air ride can include air shocks too, not just bags. My point was PD will need to add a PSI gauge system to adjust such things. And if they were going to do that? Why not air bags (just an idea).

Or am I wrong? I thought you had PSI gauges to read your air shock settings?

Love your car BTW, can't wait until PD include it.

That's gold right there.

Nothing compares to your SRF = real.:)

The sarcasim and idiocy in this thread is halurious.

Well i mean it is as expected from a request for a feature that has no place in a racing simulator

Yes it does! We could have crash tests, and we can be the dummies. Then we can choose the saftey ratings for all the new cars.

No just no.

Racing simulator not Burnout Takedown.

What would be the point to have airbags in a racing simulator that the whole idea is to control your car not crash it.

Which is only applicable to roadcars. Racing has no crash safety standards other than:
-Roll cages
-some require taped headlights
-inspection records so that you just don't leak fluids everywhere
-Racing harnesses
-Neck braces (forget what they are called)
-Parachutes in drag and top speed runs if your car is above a certain speed/e.t.
-electrical kill switches.

Many of these vary from event or type of racing.

We all still make mistakes.

Much more safety options than normal road car, and much safer too.

Sure but it isn't the point of what I am getting at.

If i had a car with airbags and took it to the track. I would disable them. I have had personal experience in a couple crashes with airbags and experience with a car that had a five point harness with airbags taken out. I will tell you right now I would trust the five point harness any day over a airbag. I still have problems with my ribs/chest area after my accident two years ago because of airbags

Next car i get if it has airbags I will disable them for just driving it on a daily basis.

Mistakes have nothing to do with it. You know how easy it would be to ruin someone's race with your car if their car had airbags without any penalty for you? How just driving around certain tracks would be enough to set off airbags?

You think the first turn in online races are carnage now? Imagine how they would be when half the cars involved lose their ability to see and steer for a few seconds.

This right here tells you the airbag idea is from a regular joe that has never been through a real racing situation.

That did not make much sense, but ok.
