Well, i am out this week. Parents coming in town Thursday. I was thinking they'd be here Friday. Was even looking forward to the frustration the track brings.

Thank you to the guys that particpated in the photo shoot last night! Can't wait to see what Brett comes up with this time.

That was the highlight of my evening. I still think it would have been better with donuts and damage...... lol.

That's too bad. Missing the race that is, not your parents visit!

I'll be up for more practice tonight. Time to switch on the Heavy Damage.

I'll be on tonight. I've been preparing all day by jamming a hot poker in my eye..... Next I'll perform a frontal lobotomy....... Can't wait.....

We are going to make the trip. But....only if they have ferry service in and out. Hudson County is a nightmare to try to find parking and you don't want to be there when the sun goes down.

Maybe I can meet up with you before hand.

We can ask JT for tips on packing the cooler.

JT assigns us quadrants, for both the cooler and packing the vehicle. He prefers everything in a storage bin too.

there going to have a f1 race in jersey? you mean there actually a smooth road in jersey my dad live in ruthford and those have to be worse and most confusing roads i've ever been on. when the sun goes down there thats when the zombies come out

Don't think I've ever practiced this much for a race and still struggled. Always have had good races on Trial before-very frustrating now. Seems like the more I drive it, the worse I get. Hit a 1:19.4xxx but running consecutive laps, like say 3 is elusive. At least I've got plenty of practice driving a damaged car.

Unfortunately I'm optimistic for tonight. That hasn't been a good thing for past races.

My lap times are all over the place, 1:21s for a couple laps then maybe 1:28s, then 1:23s, then crashes

Funny enough, i am bummed that i'll be missing the race tonight. Try to have fun guys and good luck!

There are a lot of mixed emotions about this evenings race. Watch for posts starting tonight......

Last night I slowed my pace just to avoid damage and finish the races. I don't expect a podium finish tonight..... I just want to finish without a rage quit.

In last nights practice we were all close together in races until damage came along. It didn't seem like any car had the advantage. Despite the headaches this should be a close race tonight.

Drivers. If you have damage and are limping to the pits please watch your track map for traffic coming and try to stay off the racing line as best as possible.

whats with all the negativity...

I'm going to the F1 race this year in Austin anyone else? I'll be @ NJ as well I only live 1.5 hours away.

Don't tell me you're running 18's and making 15 laps on tires ....

I won't be at Austin but I'm planning on New Jersey.

That's what I did last week, just slowed my pace down a little - 2 minor scrapes with the wall resulting in no damage and the other I was dazzled watching DJ maneuver through the bus stop and forgot to brake resulting in significant damage to steering. As much as I hate the full damage, it definitely has improved my overall racing skill.

I agree. We've learned to be more aware of the consequences of reckless driving. Instead we hope for "wreck-less" driving.
