What are you after?

If you're just after a custom one have a look back through this thread - there's heaps that have been posted up. If you've got a picture that you want, post that up and someone can resize it for you.

If all else fails, what are your interests? - maybe we can make one based on something like that...

Who says? The site you're trying to upload to?

Maybe it's a size thing - the image is too big for an avatar?

I copy the image location and in-put it into my gtplanet, change avatar, custon url, and it says it is not a valid GIF, JPG, you know what I mean.

*EDIT* - OK, Diablo ones now attached. Some have borders and some don't because some people think that avatars must always have a border. It's up to you if you wish to adhere to this rule or not.

Save the picture to your computer, then in the avatar control panel select 'Browse', and upload the pic to GTP.

This is the best way. 👍

It means you shouldn't keeping posting new posts all the time. If you've something new to say, but no-one else has posted yet, use the "Edit" button to add to your original post.

This is usually signified by: *EDIT* - or similar, and then your new statement. Like below:

*EDIT* - I'm making a new point without adding a new post to the thread.

All the cool cats use the Edit button.

I do it by making the images smaller, then increasing the canvas size and selecting black as the extension colour.

I do it by making the images smaller, then increasing the canvas size and selecting black as the extension colour.

I make the image two pixels smaller in both directions, then add a box with a no fill colour and a 1px black frame.
