Private contact details of the most important security advisers to U.S. President Donald Trump can be found on the internet. DER SPIEGEL reporters were able to find mobile phone numbers, email addresses and even some passwords belonging to the top officials.
It was particularly easy for DER SPIEGEL reporters to discover Hegseth’s mobile number and email address. They turned to a commercial provider of contact information that is primarily used by companies for sales, marketing and recruitment.

DER SPIEGEL sent the provider a link to Hegseth’s LinkedIn profile and received a Gmail address and a mobile phone number in return, in addition to other information. A search of leaked user data revealed that the email address and, in some cases, even the password associated with it, could be found in over 20 publicly accessible leaks. Using publicly available information, it was possible to verify that the email address was used just a few days ago.
Waltz’s mobile number and email address could be found using the same service provider. The mobile phone number could even be found using a people search engine popular in the U.S. DER SPIEGEL reporters were also able to find several passwords for Waltz’s email address in leaked databases. The information also led to Waltz’s profiles for Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Signal.

America is not a serious country anymore, it's not run my functioning adults... you all need to stop clutching your pearls when the children do something childish.. that's the normal bit. You need to figure out how you use your 2A rights for shooting people that aren't just other pupils.

With **** like this (short video below) going on, America is not only ''not a serious country anymore'', they're not even a civilised country anymore.

Edit: Thank **** for Judge Boasberg.

Why did this come to light also? lol

It's much more likely Goldberg gets indicted, and given the partisan--and vindictive--nature of the executive, I'd be very surprised if he isn't.

Ken certainly isn't without his biases but he's got a keen observational sense of these things, especially with relevant expertise as a former federal prosecutor.

I hope Goldberg doesn't get Khashoggi'd.

Up this (App this?)

Those affected by the leaks include National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
DER SPIEGEL was able to find some of the contact information for Gabbard, Hegseth and Waltz in commercial databases, while other information was in so-called password leaks, which are hardly a rarity on the internet.

Have they been pwned? 😱

Being under the spotlight like that certianly isnt fair when other politicians very likely are no better.
But the others didnt beg for being the show like this private group did.

Edit:
I just throught, why was this chat group even necessary to begin with?
Everyone who was involved of the stage of secrecy and was cleared for it surely had other channels to recieve the information that have been leaked on the chat (to the journalist who was responsible enough to not share it in advance to the attacks).
So the chat itself already would have been a leak, and by that the one who started the group is responsible for a leak of sensitive information to people - no matter how much he trusts them - if they were not involved directly (and this is something to speculate, because the groups exists).

Because it's easy to be in multiple places.

I forgot to add for this myself just incase

Laziness and reluctance would be my estimate. I'd bet that everyone in that group has used apps like Signal in their previous roles, where they would have carried lower security clearance and not been privy to strictly controller and highly sensitive data. Like any organization, I'd also bet that the higher your role is, the more strict and narrow your communication channels become, but rather than acknowledge the need to follow strict guidelines on what to use for communications, to ensure security in communications, some people ignore the guidelines and stick to what worked for them in their previous, lower security roles.

To me, it's that or the White House must not have protocols in place that lay out what are and are not acceptable platforms to exchange highly classified information on, which given the state of the current administration, is also a real possibility.

Or they're techbros and - despite all *****ing on working from home for normal people - thought that they could recreate this but over Zoom or whatever.

WH has strict protocols in place and Apps like Whats app/ Signal are constantly used for unclass information like to meet somewhere or reminders ..but complacency kills and sometimes people in high places just get a slap on the wrist.

Trump: "We need Greenland for national security, and international security. We'll go as far as we have to. We need Greenland. And the world needs us to have Greenland, including Denmark. Denmark has to have us have Greenland. And, you know, we'll see what happens. But if we don't have Greenland, we can't have great international security".

When the invasion force touches down and the naranja Nazi discovers it's not green and verdant after all and is instead a cold and desolate location, I wonder whether he'll put a motion on the "negotiating" table to rename the country to Trumplandia instead.

Breaking: Trump rescinds Elise Stefanik's nomination to be UN director, says she would be "better in Congress" given the GOP's shrinking majority in Congress. Despite her very rural, deep-red district (NY-24), spanning from the Canadian border all the way down to Troy and Schoharie County, there is fear that the district may actually swing blue in a special election.

Sorry but what country is he talking about again? I'm not sure he mentioned it enough there...

Maybe Führer Musk saw Thule Airbase (because we can't call it Pituffik) on a map and mistook it for Hyperborea, the origin of the Aryan race, and is pressuring Trump to claim it? I would not be surprised if Musk was into the whole Thule Gesellschaft belief.

Honestly, if you want a head trip, read about the Nazi occult. It also makes it easier to see how a ketamine fueled jackass could buy into all of too.

Is this a new thing that Trump just came up with recently? Because I've never heard any conservative talk about this in previous years.

Conservatives tend to get their talking points from Trump and work backwards from his conclusion. There are some exceptions though, such as trans issues.

President Donald Trump nicknamed himself the “fertilization president” at a Women’s History Month event held at the White House on Wednesday, March 26.
"We're gonna have tremendous goodies in the bag for women too,” he promised the crowd. “The women, between the fertilization and all the other things we're talking about, it's gonna be great.”

“Fertilization. I'm still very proud of it, I don't care,” he added. “I'll be known as the fertilization president and that's okay."
