The Phaeton from GT2 was pretty much that - a limo, with no steering, braking or much else for that matter.
Bit shorter, but still in the same vein.

I'd like to drive the thing just to see what it's like, but I'd never race in it. Can any of you honestly say you've raced every car you own? I know that I'll buy a car just for the purpose of having it. I race with my selct few cars, and the rest are for display.

if you wanna drive a limo.. why dont you buy GTA:VICE CITY they have plenty of limos to drive and its quite nice to drive around town with too
