A stock one should have 700hp, with oil change a bit more. Thanks for confirming, I was also under the impression that Murcielago LP670-4 SV is slightly faster than Aventador, though I'm quite sure my Aventador has not so much power, mine's got cca 680 bhp. Not sure if I did the oil change, but I think I did.
Actually when I read the forum title, I was thinking the issue on your mind is the quite long gap between shifting from 1st to 2nd gear, which I experience, regardles the revs.

I have a major problem: I don't have the DLC...=="

Have anybody got the turbo kit taken away from the lambo aventador? A friend of mine had an issue with it. His horsepower was at 917hp then it went to 889. So if you had the same issue post it here.
A couple of days ago I saw a green Aventador in Jesolo (near Venice, Italy). The street was near the beach so cars were going slow. The Aventador passed at 30 km/h and everybody turns their head. The engine was rumbling in 1st gear. Even at the minimum it was an awesome noise.
I think GT5 version is way off proportions. Expecially real wheels size. In GT5 are not large enough compared to real life. Look here is a pic (not my pic, wasn't fast enough to photo it LOL). Photos are not enough to represent real life proportions though. You have to see one in real life to understand what I mean.

Rear tyres are massive. The car is really really large and low. PD version is not correct.
Please tell me more about how seeing a car once, briefly in real life, has made you an expert at 3D model recreation. And how inaccurate a multi million dollar developer is at making them.

Hmmm, you mean the same developer who starts the game with a disclaimer that says the cars in this game may differ from the real ones in size, shape, color and performance?

I'd just like to point out that only 2 people have actually been on topic here.
Did any of you actually read the OP - or did you just read the title?
@OP - Unfortunately I can't help you as don't dabble with forced boosting.

Upon further review, this thread is actually 10 months old, and HKS revived it with non related rambles...
I read seanneedscar acting like his usual self towards someone, so I felt fit to point out to him that he's about as on point with his snide comments as he usually is.

No Lambo has the option to add a Turbo... Unless your friend was into hybriding before everybody else...
Please tell me more about how PD being a multimillion dollar developer means they are above making modeling errors.
And how he said that he was an expert in 3D modeling because he pointed out that he felt the car wasn't modeled correctly after seeing one in real life.
I mean, I really loved the year or so that GT5 was on the market where the Audi R8 V10 very obviously had a V8 in the engine bay:
But since you have all the answers maybe you can provide explanations for the above.

And what was the reasoning you gave for why he was wrong? Oh, right. Because PD is a multimillion dollar developer, which means they don't make mistakes so he should shut up because he's not an expert like them.HKS said the Aventador was, and I quote, "way off proportions". Which it obviously isn't. Are PD "way off" in their executions? Certainly not.
No, I understood the sarcasm. Don't give yourself too much credit, now. It's just that it was unwarranted because it's hard to be a smartass when your justification for doing so is a load of nonsense (or feces, if you're so inclined). Maybe if you wouldn't constantly talk down to people over stuff that you clearly have no clue about, and perhaps spent more time looking up information about the things that you like to think you know about so you can act like an ass (or, using your 5 dollar words, "in an acrimonious way") to people over them, we probably wouldn't even talk to each other at all.I was, in typical fashion, pointing out his error in an acrimonious way. If you perhaps spent more time deciphering my sarcasm, than you do coding up your extravagant fecal-brown text, we wouldn't have these misunderstandings.
You better believe it. Stuff like this just makes my day, though.Sounds like quite the arduous existence you have.
Unfortunately for you, when you make the claim that the model in question is correct because PD made it and they are a multimillion dollar developer and HKS racer is not so it obviously must be, you open the door for any example that shows how patently absurd the statement is. You said nothing about proportions. You made the claim that it couldn't be wrong because of who made it. The Audi was just the easiest to find the picture of, but it's not the only one.Unfortunately for you, the topic at hand is proportion errors. Therefore this part of your post is completely irrelevant, and does nothing to bolster your position.
Them doing it right in the first place would be nice.Sure. In an effort to save time, PD copypasta'd the V10 Audi out of the V8. The end result being expedited delivery of goods to the customer. Was the situation resolved? Certainly was. In proper, multi-million dollar developer fashion. What more can you ask for?
No. Someone saying something like "cars with short wheelbases automatically handle better than ones with longer wheelbases" in a confrontational and condescending way is something worth mocking. Someone saying something like "car sounds are completely relative; and since I think the sounds in GT5 are perfectly fine your argument is invalid" is something worth mocking. Someone who goes into a thread discussing a physics issue to mock people for bringing it up because they shouldn't care about physics issues in a simulator is something worth mocking."Someone" who has exhumed a nearly-year old thread with a pointless and erroneous observation. Befitting of a mocking, in my opinion.
It's kinda cute how you think it's hard to look up your posting history; especially after you just admitted that your behavior in this thread was typical.Conjecture.
