any real inerest in a character drawing competition?

ok, this has been much talked about lately. I ask, would there be REAL interest in doing these? I'd love an I'll vote yes, but it will have to have good participation or it will be canceled, given it does happens.

I think it would be cool, but for the first week of trying this could we have just like an abstract theme, like make up your own character? Then maybe progress into specific characteres.

I'm afraid I had to say no. Please don't hurt me! I just think it might end up being two comps (cars/characters) with a low turnout, rather than one strong comp. (the car one right now)

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but unfortunately I definately wouldn't be able to get a picture together for both contests. More power to the rest of you if you can though.
