Im surprised this thread has been taken seriously... I'm guessing the most obvious tracks which will have autumn foliage are Autumn Ring (ironic given the thread name) and Trial Mountain.
How about this for a brilliant idea if Polyphony haven't thought about it:
With the real life circuits, if a PS3 is running the game while online then why not have whatever weather is occurring at the real life location of the track occur in the game, also maybe have seasonal cycles in the game too?... that way we can basically have autumn foliage on any track (I do believe most the tracks have trees) and have the option of having it whenever we want in online and arcade/quick races.
