You need to quote Thomas instead of putting your words in his mouth. I can tell you the counter-steer of the WS6 in-game is not even close to real life after the patch and made racing with it in "simulation" online, useless.
Then you're a terrible driver. It's rude, but I'm sorry, there's no other explanation. Those of us here who know how to drive and control oversteer are loving it and having no problems. The physics are fine. I really doubt you hurl your WS6 around in real life like you do in Forza enough to know definitively that the physics are totally wrong. I can personally drift it around the track all day in Forza without spinning out, and have no problem catching it when it breaks loose racing either.
Track? What track? You mean those collections of pixels on your screen, governed by physics programmed by some people in an office, as opposed to the laws of the universe? I hope this isn't news to you, but FM2 is a long ways from representing any sort of realistic driving. FM4 showcases the leaps and bounds Turn10 have made since then.Yeah that's right. I am a terrible driver and I have two second place finishes in the MS Gold Tournaments from FM2 in R1 and S class...
...
...I'm finding most people here do their talking on the boards instead of the track.
Put some $ up on a race and I'll gladly take it from you, Mr. "Knows how to drive"..

Who are you to comment on what I've done in my WS6?
Still waiting for you to quote Thomas.......waiting.......waiting.......waiting....

I'm poor and can't even afford to modify my car, but I've still competed in autocross before. I wouldn't use it to lord my experience over others, but with an attitude like yours it would be rather strange for you to cite an outdated Xbox game as your proof of driving skill, instead of any real racing experience you may have.
It's a bit like arguing you're a master of parkour because you got every star in Super Mario 64.
Or you could just stop bitching about perfectly good physics that you apparently can't handle, put the steering back on "normal", and go away. Not really interested in "proving" myself since I honestly don't give a damn, but when you start spewing BS about the physics being wrong because you don't know how to control a car, I'm not gonna let that slide.
Also, Forza 2 didn't have 900 degree support nor did it have good physics. Might as well brag about your accomplishments in Mario Kart. We're talking about controlling oversteer now that the counter-steer bug is fixed, not winning races.
I can't take this seriously anymore.Yawn. I also hold a PGR3 PLATINUM achievement go check if you want.
Who said They're perfectly good? YOU DID. Who said I can't handle them? YOU DID. Who said I don't know how to control a car? YOU DID.
Who can't do their talking on the track? YOU CAN'T
Also, it's real funny people are reporting that with the new firmware the CSR Elites (which I have on the way) aren't suffering from a linearity problem when countersteering. Maybe Thomas should've checked with an EXPERT driver like you (According to posts not achievements) first and then realized the buggerd counter-steer wasn't real.
