Even though I'm not racing the first race I did a 30 min pratice and couldn't hit a 2 for the life of me. I had the sectors, just can't get it all in. 1:03.340 with a T1 alomst .2 off my last lap and .3 off a good one.

Similar boat. Stuck at 1:03.267 but have .1 in sector 1 and .1 in sector 2 to find (14.9 best sector 1, 18.7 best sector 2) and probably a bit in sector 3 as well. But so far everytime I get a 14.9 sector 1, I'm at a 33.9 T2 or worse.

But trying to get a whole lap (when pushing) where you didn't slip a bit too much on exit or brake a bit too late is horrible.

I just meant that there has been at least 20 people who've shown interest or have asked to sign up, and we don't have a clue about who's actually in.

That is true.. If Dax doesn't say anything else everyone who've signed up should just show up on sunday and we'll have to sort it then.. no doubt some will be missing so we might be about 16 anyway otherwise i guess we'll have problems.

That's with carracer not in the list as I believe he is missing the first 2 races?

However 2-3 of those have been absent from the thread for a while. So some sort of confirmation of participation would be good. 👍


EDIT: Quick refresher this afternoon yielded a .034 improvement to 1:03.233.

I may make Tsukuba I start work at 5:30pm so if everything runs smooth I can make it . Suzuka is 100% can make since I'm off next Sunday . (Technically I did sign up like 7th or something )

Just ran another 40 minute session and almost had an as-close-to-perfect lap as it gets.

Ran:
15.028 (half a tenth off my best)
18.606 ( a whole .150 faster than my previous split.)
29.575 (.150 off my best )

In complete shock at that T2 I messed up the whole last sector to end up with only a .03 improvement at 1:03.209.

What deffines "worth it" RT. A good close race where you could win or lose. Or you dominating the lot of us with your tyre wear skills etc .
