Couple questions after reading format and qualifing tabs...
So, after the initial heat races and the top 12 are decided , everyone except the top 4 stay in their initial lobby, right?
...and where do the top 12 go ? Will there be a 4th lobby for them to go and wait ?

Based on what I saw the first week, after the heats someone opens up the main event lobby (think it was jw, but it depends on who advanced). The top 4 from each lobby go to that lobby.
I wil be making a post shortly with the nights schedule. It should answer all your questions

Race Night Schedule:
Blue Moon Bay: Infield A II 10:30 ToD
Also, if any drivers would like to live stream their race, please post it in the thread so those of us who are not in the lobby can watch and enjoy.

Blue Moon Bay: Infield A II 10:30 ToD
- 8:00pm EST confirmations and random lobby generator starts
- 8:30pm EST lobby generator is stopped and lobby assignments and starting grids are locked
- 8:45pm EST finalized lobbies will be added to post #2 (this will also have your lobby host as well)
- 9:30pm EST lobbies open for practice session
- 9:45pm EST first heat race will start (8 laps)
- After finishing positions are recorded, grid will be reversed and 2nd heat race will start. (8 laps)
- After finishing positions are recorded the lobby host will announce which drivers will be moving onto the feature race
- Lobby host will then ask those 4 drivers to exit the track but please stay in their heat lobby
- A quick shootout race (4 laps) will then be ran for the remaining drivers to determine who will go to the BotR race.
- The grids for the shootout races will be set by the drivers average finishing position in their heat lobby
- The top 5 shootout drivers from lobbies A and B will move on to the BotR race along with the top 6 shootout drivers from lobby C
- Once results are recorded and drivers are informed if they are moving on or not the Feature race and BotR Race lobbies will open
- As soon as the remaining drivers are in their correct lobbies the BotR race will start (8 laps)
- While the BotR race is being run the Feature race drivers will run a qualifying "Scramble" race (4 laps)
- As soon as the BotR results are recorded the top 4 drivers will be asked to head over to the Feature race lobby
- Once the final 4 drivers arrive there will be a 5 minute break and then the Feature race will be begin (16 laps)
