From GT5 you have to go into the pictures and export them to the XMB menu, from there copy them to a usb. From there you will have to upload them to a picture hosting website like FlickR, then you have to get it from that website to here. Sounds hard but it doesn't take long. There is a thread that explains it all step by step more clearly so have a look for that.
