I find it strange that people find this almost GT7 graphics wise..... well dont see it. Car models looks nice but not GT7 nice. And gameplay isnt even looking as nice as Forza Motorsport.

Dont get me wrong it looks good but its by far not like one of those 2 first party games if you ask me. And it runs not that great and stable at all if you compare it what you see on screen what not that nice.
Have you maxed all the settings out? It looks basically perfect on my PC, which is 2 year old hardware that wasn't top end 2 years ago. It runs perfectly smoothly. It looks much better than GT7 to me, and I'm not talking about the difference in contrast.

E.g. a frame from real life footage at the top, GT7 bottom left, ACE bottom right. To me, ACE is massively more like the real life footage.

I can’t agree more. This game looks and runs absolutely amazing.

Had a little drive. It's basically exactly what I expected at this stage. It drives well, and is compromised in basically every other aspect but not in a way that I couldn't see a few months of solid work tidying it up. It's a solid foundation for a game that will probably be worked on for the next five+ years.

Seems fine, but isn't much worth the buy at the moment if you actually want a game. This is for people who want to throw more money at Kunos or who were always going to buy ACE at release no matter what. I already have every piece of content from AC and ACC so I'm fine with this. If it turns out sucking then that would suck, but I'm okay with my choice to give Kunos my money simply based on what they've done already.

is it just me or the game resolution screen is bugged on full screen? I've managed to get the game running smoothly now at 60-90 fps on very low 720p on windowed mode. the game keeps my monitor native screen resolution no matter which resolution i pick on full screen mode.

Dont forget that every thing that will get out until 1.0, we get for "free" with the pre release buy. And when 1.0 will officially come out, we will have paid only 40$ for the full game

Resolution resets to Native whenever you load into a track (yep a bug), you need to set your required resolution from the pit-lane and it will stick with that until you load into a new location.

yes I did that already, it seems the game run better on windowed mode for whatever reason. here's a clip of me changing settings in game and the FPS that I got.

so on native full screen I'm getting around 30fps
on 720p full screen I'm getting 40fps
and on 720 windowed mode I'm getting 60fps

I tried it again yesterday, it doesn't work for me. It sticks with 4k.

I agree with the fact that it looks amazing, but I'm having hard time believing it runs amazing. I may be coming up against graphics setting issues..
It's very possible. What are your system specs? I'm running a 4090 / 13900k combo. I'm also not running in 4k. I'm running 3 - 1440p 180Hz monitors. I'm not using any dynamic scaling features (native resolution only).

You also have to take my "it looks amazing" comment lightly. Remember, this game is early access. Everything close distance and on track looks great. Objects far away (mountains, sky, etc.) have some flicker and weird artifacting going on. I'm getting a solid FPS and most importantly, the game has not crashed once. That is priority 1 for me in an early access game. I can deal with some menu bugs and settings not saving.

how did you find out it was stuck in 4k?
First of all, there is no interruption of the image when I try to change from 4K to 1080p. But also, when I check the settings of my monitor, it tells me the signal coming in is 4K.

Maybe it doesn't like my mix of the 4K main display and my 1080p side monitor (game signal is only on my main screen)
