I can't wait to get the Audi & Toyota LMP's... Kunos has been talking about those cars for quite a while, so I hope they're not going to be based off of older versions and unable to compete with the Porsche 919. If you've noticed, Kunos often doesn't put a model year on various cars. The only way to figure out which specific model or year was to look up the listed specs to see which version/year/sub-model matches the game car. It wouldn't surprise me if they did that because of how they stagger releases and they don't want people jumping down their throats with stuff like, "Umm. They changed the side turn signal indicators from 3 inches behind the wheel arch to 4 inches behind the wheel arch this year. The modelling sucks!!!! DURRR"
People are going to absolutely love the Mazda 787B! Most PC users already have it, I think - although I'm sure the physics will be updated and improved to more accurate data by Kunos when they release it to the public. The modelling is impeccable and the sounds give me goosebumps. Plus, there are already a ton of skins available for it.
You surprised me with the announcement of the MC12 GT1. I didn't realize that Kunos made that official. That is pretty sweet, although it throws another lone car into Assetto Corsa as far as Class competition goes, doesn't it? There aren't any official GT1 cars from Kunos, are there? On the PC we have the Corvette C6.R, but that's it. Porsche technically didn't have a GT1 class car, right? Kunos doesn't have an Aston Martin license and we don't have the Ford or Nissan GT1s. I would gladly take a Murcielago GT1 race car!
It is too bad that Kunos isn't pursuing a license for La Sarthe, but I'm sure it's out of their price range. It wouldn't be a wise purchase. Thankfully we have a really nice La Sarthe on the PC side...
They are based on the old versions 2014 if i remember correctly, ill compare a few times to see what we are up against and yes porsche will be completely dominant in it, will not matter for online as we can ballast it or mess with restrictors. Offline will be a bit of a problem. Of course things could easily change and the respective licenses could be updated to support more modern cars.
Best lap times for each car at some tracks, number of times depends on how many of that car is running.

Almost at the point of the other lmp1hs are treated like Rebellion and Bykolles.
That all being said the hybrids are very hard for people to master still so a above average lmp1 driver in a 2014 car could best the 2016s rather easily.
