to those who love the brazilian tracks, there is still a chance to jump into AMS2 for a reduced price, its probably 1.0 next week.
every track that has been posted here is also in AMS2 and looks amazing.

The Jacarepagua track in Ac is really well made, don't know why it is not play more in vintage group?
It's a great track and really fun with car like the lotus 25 or formula ford...

Jerez it's awesome... But how can I fix this?

Tio Pepe billboard is flashing in and out.

Only put in about one hour of testing at several tracks with this Nissan 370z GT4 car. Car handling: sublime!, I like the counter steering resistance and feel of tire slip. Feels like really connected to the road. Sound: eargasmic, that high pitch is scary good. Looks: awesome!
So job well done. If I can complain* about one thing then it should be the size of the left mirror vs the interior. It looks so big in comparison with e.g. the steering wheel. Could be the 21:9 monitor or my FOV settings? I used default <reset> on board settings.

* Meant as constructive feedback ofcourse ;)

i get this across my triples, they look a bit "big" but not bad. nice car to drive.

Same here on my triple system...
Reading @BrainsBush remark I wondered how that was possible. Never saw that. In the beginning the support of the right mirror was missing, but the size of the mirrors was normal.
Maybe a FOV thing ?
Thats also what I think or because of the 2560*1080 UW monitor.

I'm fine with it.. Had so much fun with this car already especially the physics. For tomorrow some AI races with other GT4 class cars.
And then after that back to the Radical SR3 again. By then the new skin set has been released ;)

@Paulo Ribeiro: did you see that save @2:53? Next level skills! And that going off track was for testing purposes only. No crashes!

Nope, it's still not quite there yet. I'm afraid you're going to have to wait another day or two!!

then again they might be ready???? ;)

OK. Tried this again (I bought it and requested a refund a while back) and it simply is not for me. I could see how someone would like the game as it has a lot to offer, but for me it just doesn't feel right. The amount of FFB, the bumps on the road, the flashy, cartoony graphics without real shadows, ... It's just too much in my opinion. Especially the FFB. I know we don't have a car around us and need to get all our information through the wheel, but there is a point where there is too much information coming through and you don't know what your feeling anymore, as the wheel is constantly shaking. And I guess this all could be adjusted with tweaking and is something you get used to with time, but what I can't get past is the lack of content (cars, the track list is actually amazing, not only in volume, but in selection). I went through the list and counted 5 cars that I'm interested in driving. I would surely try all of them, but knowing me most of them would be a 20 minutes try and never touch again. And those 5 are all single make, so you can't even put together a race with more than 2 different cars from the same category. I like hotlaping and cup races like the next guy, but what makes the most fun is putting together a complete field of cars with real liveries and relive actual historic or modern races and championships. And that is something that they will need months, probably years to achieve. And even then I see them having maybe 4,5 different full fields.

Again it's a nice drive, like it more than most simulators, right behind AC and ACC, but not what I'm looking for, so refunded again. But I can see lot of people liking it.

Oh and brasilian tracks especially now with excelent edits from @VheEth look just as nice in AC than in AMS2, and drive just as nice as well.

Guys, thank you. The credit goes to those who brought them to AC before me. I just made some improvements. During the week there will be updates on all the Brazilian tracks (Goiania, Cascavel, Londrina, Velo Città and Velopark). I did a test on Curitiba (ERL), the track is a disaster, I think I will convert it from scratch.

Is it possible to convert the Tarumã track? The fastest course in Brazil...

TED-EDiTS "Laguna Seca Hystoric" skin update v1.1.

You'll need his original track from Legion's blog: https://perendinator.blogspot.com/

The updated skin I did is here:

Description:
Skin for laguna_seca_historic:
v1.1: Per @Mascott's suggestion, I've made the road surface darker, more worn looking
v1.0: Replaced ugly trees and toned down overbright vegetation

You can install this directly over v1.0.

They're pretty dark in the daytime, so I guess they must be very hard to see in the dark. I've not raced them in the dark yet.

Nah, at night, they are lit up like the sun, if your eyes were on the sun... Too bright and unreadable. I think he's looking into the issue though. I was just curious if it was happening to you as well.

I'm more concerned about the external car sounds. Only really hearing one car at the moment. I tried to get some 'CRANK It Up' action with the track cameras.

Hey guys. @Beezer215 teased the Mazda GT4 and I just thought I'd follow up on that one a little. No, it's not based on the MX-5 Cup, it's actually based on a pre-facelifted NC Miata so it's closer to the one that actually ran a little while back (that one was a post-facelift but I can't be picky when I suck at 3d modelling). The model is from Peter Utecht if I remember correctly.

I've got some rough specs outlined for this one already and @MrB00 is working on some skins and some colour variations as we speak. Hopefully we can get this one out relatively soon. (at least a whole lot sooner than the Nissan I hope.

yeah, they do look nice for what they are. they are direct ports from AMS1 after all.
I can also see why you might like AC handling better, the cars in AMS2 are also very special.
The FFB is very busy all the time, that is true.

AMS2 does look better than AC, but if you are not into bright colours you might not like it as much.

Yep I like AMS2, just nothing gets my time like AC. So much to do in it.
AMS2 looks great, but for AC I prefer the look and considering it's age, it's a wonder.

This one is well worth a look at too VheEth.... Circuito dos Cristais. It may be one of the most fun of all the Brazilian layouts:

Hmmm, I just tried it and I can definitely hear external sounds of my car as well as the AI cars. Wonder what's happening.

I prefer more natural muted colours. AC and GTS do the job for me visually.

Gameplay-wise I did give PC2 a try but never could get into it. The physics are weird to me. AC feels more natural to me. I know when the car is on edge. Not many other sims can give me that feeling on a DS4 pad.

My first attempt. 2 Cams for Laguna Seca Historic.
TED-EDiTS "Laguna Seca Hystoric" skin update v1.1....

Thanks to above, I've backported Textures and Cameras to the Blog's version. 👍👍👍

...dash gauges bright white and unreadable for you at night on those cars?

You'll need to keep a keen eye on the Blog Teddie, I uploaded the fixed version Five days ago.

Q: I have searched literally everywhere, but cannot find my wifes commuter car, Nissan Dualis, (aka Nissan Qasqai). If anyone has or knows of a mod of this singularly unappealing commuter soccer mom vehicle would be doing me a solid, i can get the wife (aka the department of war and finance) into my favorite hobby if i had it.
