Always the same date - August 27th. And yes seasonal adjustments is off. Highlands and a couple of others just look like a rFactor port for some reason.

Edit : anything related (grassfx for other tracks) to 'TEXTURE = grass_fx/highlands.dds' just doesn't work. Just what.
So far Mugello and Chang (mod) don't have any grass whilst Vallelunga, Brands, Monza have some. ****s going on.

No, just for Mugello now. @Fall Guy asked me a while ago for Mugello grass, as he don´t use "seasonal adjustments" too. At the beginning of November this issue arrived at CSP discord channel again and I posted there my solution. Rusty changed it to the "material_adjustment" style and as I can´t test it now, that's why I posted that variant. It should have got to github, but obviously not yet.

It was just forgotten a "default" grass adjustment, so all the ones with "seasonal adjustments" disabled should have the same issues.
I can take a look for the other tracks and modify that code for them, but as mentioned, I can´t test them now. So, just a blind flight...

Edit: so Highlands and Chang missing?

So far, yep. Haven't checked the others. What's your method ? Would like to do it myself if I encounter a track with no visible grass.

Just put that code into the config ini´s or use what I suggested a few posts ago, make a extension folder for both tracks and put the code into a ext_config.ini
This way the code survive updated ini´s without that fix. ;)
Maybe you have to "play" a bit with both settings, the ksambient and ksdiffuse ones. As I can´t test them on track, they could be too bright or too dark.

Ah for ****s sake it doesn't work. Works on every other tracks (and thanks again for it mate), but once it's Highlands, Chang or any other track with these lines :

The grass isn't there. There's something **** going on with the Highlands grass and I can't figure it out (and neither did the steam verification).

edit : Bugatti Circuit shares the same line yet there's visible, lush, green grass. Mmmh.

edit 2 : and we have grass ! Just had to bin some lines in the config files. Quick question : how do you make it grow 'bigger' ? Adjust the size value to 2 ?

Just change the day of the week, each day grows taller/thicker.

Not true actually! It was entered in the 1973 Le Mans and took 15th place. The works Alfa team did not enter the 1974 or 1975 Le Mans concentrating on the World Championship of Makes, which they won in 1975.
