Usually I post my releases on my Patreon feed, but they're at least 'playable' (meaning with AI, looking slightly polished visuals etc) but this is way too early to send out to people that pay for it. I just really wanted to share it here on GT Planet as its well... two of my favourite GT circuits, are you're a good bunch of people! that said, don't go posting it elsewhere! all you can really do is drive around and look at things, as well as time-trials around the basic Apricot Hill layout.

Things that could be improved:
- Haven't bothered doing anything much with the interior, I use bonnet cam so as long as it looks okay from a distance I struggle to care.

Thank you for this car, just the other day I noticed in my garage that I was missing a street C5, thanks to you, the issue is fixed.:bowdown:
About the "interior", I am glad to report that from a VR perspective, this mod looks as good as it gets, even the driver is nicely positioned and the animation is (almost) perfect.
One item I noticed is that the tires are slightly going into the tarmac.

Not sure why you are so angry. The author explained that it was their first car and they are releasing it for free to the community admitting that there are still issues to solve. They are giving you something for free to play with while still working on it. Are you angry that it isn't perfect? Have you ever created anything for the community and then given it away for free only to have someone yell and scream that it isn't good enough? It doesn't feel good. If you instead were offering to help this person with your own knowledge of car creation, I'm sure they would appreciate the help. But if you have no way of helping, how is complaining and angrily screaming going to result in a better car for you to play with for free?

Well the alternative to this was... me not showing people what i'm working on?

Nobody is forcing anybody to download anything, I posted a YouTube video for that very reason. God help watching a trailer on TV for a game that isn't out yet.

Way to sprinkle salt on a wound that doesn't even exist.

Here we are, i'm discussing mods in a 'Mods General Discussion' thread, actually giving people a preview of an early build of some tracks from the game that this forum is literally named after!

I hope you enjoy the track, it's very fun to drive. But as its in an unfinished state it doesn't seem like you'd appreciate the effort I put in to make it anyway, so probably best for you to just ignore any more posts about Apricot Hill and Mid-Field.

Just figured out to smooth GT6 models still a long way to go a lot of stuff needs to be remodeled the only thing i need to figure out is how to put the textures on a GT model since its a different way from Forza's btw the TDU Syncro isn't cancelled need to figure out how the interior textures work on that thing.

After fixing looks a lot better but again a still loong way to go since GT6 models have mish mash of random models on it so i need to figure out/fix that too. Oops looks like i made the glass too bright lel.

Ignore him mate, I'm sure he would understand if he thought for 5 minutes before posting his useless posts. It's not like you release your tracks for free when they are finished is it :lol:

Question for anyone having RSS Ferruccio 55 and using CSP 1.66 or newer:
- does the digital instrument cluster work for you?

For me those displays are empty in F1 camera, but they do work in F6 camera and from external cameras. With CSP 1.60 they work in F1 cam too, but then I can't use Sol 2.0.
I have ExtraFX disabled for interior cameras, if I enable it then the digital displays stop working in F6 camera too. But I just can't figure out how to get them working in F1 view, without downgrading the CSP way too much.

Maybe it's just a bug with newer CSP versions, but that's why I'd like to know if it works for you, please.

Which CSP version are you on? Sometimes switching CSP back to the most recent stable version is best. Also sometimes making sure Car Instruments extension in CSP is on fixes certain features that CSP breaks like the brake lights on the URD PX2.

Like I said, this happens on 1.66 or newer, maybe with some older ones but I haven't tested every version. With the latest recommended version 1.60 digital instrument works fine, but Sol 2.0 needs 1.63 or later. For that reason 1.60 is not an option.
Car Instruments extension is on, also tried disabling it but no change.

I think I'll test the versions 1.63-1.65 out of interest, but this is no big deal - I'd rather have the new flames from 1.68 than get the digital instrument to Ferruccio, I was just curious if there might be a fix.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-AO Mapping needs to be complete redone, some weird shadows on overlapping parts

-Sound have problems with new flames!!! (you may change with the GT63s, same sound without pops and bangs)
-dont had the time to work with reallife data i got from Mercedes
-visuals and physics will get complete rework
-and and and.....
car is on about 34-38% done!!! Still working on it.
