- renamed track-folder to current status (see readme-files for more info)
- GTP_skin-update (darkened tarmac, GTplanet flags and various other logos)
- track/object lighting
- replay cameras
- rain FX
- VAO patch
- background screen images

Thanks for the track. I seem to have acquired two versions of this track from GTP recently, both almost identical, obviously from the same base. Does this one replace the previous one, or do they differ sufficiently?
Also, just curious why there are Le Mans 24hr signs on the track?

How can I find some cars with Abbo90 physics ?

Thank you for your work, but the AI cars are still crashing in the pitlane. I think, that the definition of the pitlane is not correct. Can you fix this?

Could it be that it depends on the car ?
It so happens that I just finished a race weekend with 15 MG-MGA cars and there were no issues in the pitlane.

Edit: there could be something wrong/missing in the pit lane though. 'My' lollypop man stands at the end of the pit lane, far away from the pit boxes. When I stop, there is no stop sign (immersive pit marker app) and where he usually moves his lollypop down, it stays up, as if I'm not there ?

Updated and added to my folder.

This update fixes the problem on those tracks that causes to not counting the lap while driving on the pitlane, and some textures and visual objects added/removed.

I'd be glad if someone can make another set of lights for Phoenix and Richmond. My pc is too slow i can't really test if lights are optimal. Thanks.

I created a Mega folder, maybe it is easier to keep track of my messy updates.

This is getting quite ridiculous. There are a couple of BMW M4 CS Varis mods on Assettoland that someone was raving about so I thought I'd take a look.
The driver's helmet blocks your vision in cockpit view unless you get so close to the steering wheel you can taste the leather. It's normally a two-click fix, but no... the modder has locked it all up with encryption.
That must be the fifth car in the past week released with ridiculously basic errors that can't be fixed due to encryption. Crazy. Standards seem to be actually dropping.

I moved the collider up on a perpetually-sparking car in collider.ini and not only did it visually move up in CM showroom, the car also stopped sparking. Looks like it actually does work after all based on that highly unscientific experiment?

I thought we might have been talking about the 3D car collider. If it's just the ground colliders, the red boxes, then make sure to tick 'Align using data' and then edit colliders.ini and save and the changes are reflected in realtime.
Some times CM's file watcher can get confused so if things seem to acting strange I just restart CM.

Are you surprised? If it's on Assettoland chances are it's either an old mod, or it's just crap.

it's encrypted but at least it's a properly good mod - and if you need to change something you can contact crash as he's active everywhere

I don't keep encrypted mods, but maybe... driver3d.ini "HIDE_" values can be written into the ext_config?

Remember that some of these "modders" use the trick of making the folders read only. If you look at properties in Windows, you can see if it's checked and make the folder read/write. I'm not saying that's the case here, I haven't downloaded any of those cars but it's worth a peek as I've seen this done before. Might help in other cars to check too.

The modder that released it never had high standards to begin with, on top of that, his stuff are encrypted. Its a shame since that dude has released quite a bit of interesting cars but all need some sort of work.

Car Kunos, Track Road America. But it happens in any track or car.
Photo taken with F7 camera. It's seems to be something to do with the distance of the car for the camera.

Each modder has own key in engripting program by Ilya. He send it privately.
Thats why there will never be public version, othervise anyone can decrypt other's 3d models and distribute it.

Hi Zin5ki, thank you for this new mod, I want to say is nice, and I find some bugs:
- the rear calipers is not in the right dummie, and the brake discs neither
- the windshield looks some times so transparent, that dissapear, try the shaders properties from the C7 kunos, maybe this fix it
- the front lights works, but maybe you can add some details at this

Im a Lambo fan, and this car was a unicorn and maybe forgotten, thank you for carry on in Assetto Corsa!!!

All the cars start generating a lot of smoke and the game gets slow. It only happens on this track at this corner, any advice? Running 20 AI cars.

This happens when that moment is too 'heavy' for the PC specs.
Due to a combined/mixed factors (too much cars/cars with to high details/track sector with many details/etc...)
this can happen.
I bet if you try with only 5 cars, it runs better.

Have you tried using other cars at that track? Could be a bad car mod or maybe some issue with the ai line....

I believe other was mentioning about CSP's Smart Shadows settings a few days ago. It seen this game has adjustable low and high quality shadow depending on the camera distance. I'm not sure how this applies to photo mode.

Friends I have a really stupid question:

Recently I became one of Ilya's patreons (primarily to support his great work). I have DL the latest preview (lights-patch-v0.1.72-preview1-full). I have unzipped the file and copied it manualy into the MODS folder. But I cannot see the CSP version 1.72 in CM-settings. What am I doing wrong? There is probably a better way to install it.

I couldnt find any installation instruction on the Patreon-site. Thanks for helping me out.
