Assetto Garage.
He got it somewhere, the Toyota GR Supra Racing Concept.
I'll look again into fb page of 3D models. If it's there, at least I could try fixing the dummies of wheels and suspensions and someone else could try fixing the physics.

I had an issue, for example, in my attempt to fix the Mustang Shelby GT 1965. The driver dummy can't fit the car because my 3DS Max can't really show the "scale factor: 1.0" which is needed in order to have the real dimensions of the driver inside a car. Just can't let it work, therefore I stopped.
I tried downloading 3DS Max 2019, 2016, using Kunos tips, but nothing.

The Indy updates only made it worse. The AI is all over the place and still no option to pit for re-fueling and new tires.

I actually tried a 20 laps race on it, but not with Indy cars... i choose a mix of 911 RSR '74 with the 911 R-Gruppe

The replay cam does work fine, the AI was fast enough, so I did not finished first, but they are doing some unpredictable lane changes when crossing the start/finish line on every lap.
I haven't refueled, so I can't tell about that.

@BrandonW77
since You are at home there, i suppose You are good with the Indy series, so You could record a decent AI / pitlane laps ? ... I suck at oval circuits, and have even no idea how to setup a car for it.

Possibly, but I've only driven around the oval at 35mph  and I think I've only tried making an AI line once or twice.

@jimclark06
you have to adjust it yourself in the gears.

Use this
Final Gear 14/50
First Gear 13/41
Second Gear 19/41
Third Gear 21/34
Fourth Gear 26/34
Fifth Gear 30/34
Sixth Gear 33/33

maybe save this as a setup so you dont have to adjust it always.

@Fanapryde cause you figured out the gearing :) You wish i had a proper solution to the problem

Has anyone tried it yet? What are the notable improvements?

I updated everything, so not sure if it is sol or shader, but we have sparks now.
Turn one at Pau 1967 in the Lotus 25, is sparky.

Using CM to update, makes it so easy and so fast that always update thinking going back to a safer version takes less than a minute, so why not.
One thing I have noticed, again not sure if it is sol or shader, but the game loading is much faster for me.

I've updated the Toyota FT-1 Vision GT with working wiper and kswindscreen glasses, but..
I have this side effect on the LCD:

Why? Something has been messed up converting the kn5 file into fbx with 3DSimeED3.
Is there anyone having any idea where the issue comes from? Because if I just import the modified wiper on the original car, the LCD works, but since the kn5 doesn't have the "Wiper_1" dummy inside, the wiper animation doesn't work.

It'is the custom shaders. Sparks were there before, but you had to enable them. Preview69 now enables them by default.
Almost all cars I have driven at Okutama produce sparks on several parts of the track (bottoming out or touching the rock walls). The effect looks great.
Preview74 has even more spark adjustment and there is still more to come... ;)

I read something saying you can adjust the sparks too, like how many there are, how much they spread, etc. Not sure if it's in the CM settings or in the sidebar apps but from the post it made it sound like he was sitting on the track adjusting them to his liking so I'm guessing sidebar app.

Correction, it was other settings like the size of the sun and colors that he was adjusting. Still, being able to adjust things like the size of the sun is pretty crazy.

So how good to you all think AC with MOD's is compared to all other sim/racing programs?

I think it's the best I've experienced myself.

The shear volume of content does it for me, then add in the ability to openly modify & add things without repercussion from Kunos.

AC equals GT1 as far as the impact it has had....on me.

AC is in my opinion by far the best sim. PC2 is simcade and dead, Iracing is outdated in any way and I dont have time for scheduled races, Racerroom could be a worthy rival if its would have mod support and would not be f2p, RF2 is only for leauge racing and Automobilista is sadly a meme. ACC is dead before it even got released

Apples and oranges to me. It's great and typically my go-to but I'd love to have things like pace laps, safety cars, parts falling off cars, editable AI, animated flag men, and other bells and whistles that are found in most other games. But that being said AC with the new shaders and loads of mods is the only one I play anymore and it will probably be that way for the foreseeable future, unless I resub to iRacing. But even without all the extra bells and whistles, for the most part everything just works and typically works well, and you can't say that for some games that are loaded with bells and whistles.

Iracing is outdated

Not sure what's outdated about it. iRacing has loads of features and bells and whistles and has provided me the best online racing ever, by a wide margin. Easily worth every penny I spent on it, and then some.

Racerroom could be a worthy rival if its would have mod support and would not be f2p, RF2 is only for leauge racing and Automobilista is sadly a meme. ACC is dead before it even got released
