We are not allowed to share the cars anywhere you can find in this group.
Can you provide a link to the page or section of the Chivas Facebook group that states the rules?

I've looked through the group's pages to find any rules about sharing Chivas mods outside the group. Most developers are okay with it as long as you provide full credit and information, only provide the original download links, and not re-upload them anywhere else.

I have long seen messages in this forum with a google spreadsheet with all the circuits for asseto corsa.
I have no way of finding the message.
I've searched from google, from the GTPlanet forum and I can't find it.

I need to know what circuits there are right now in Assertto Corsa to drive with traffic or trackday with dynamic traffic.

Can anybody help me?

Question about the Chivas Hawaii pack - why do they all have the same physics taken from a random bunch of kunos gt2/3 cars?
In fairness cars of that ilk tend to not really have any character and would all pretty much feel the same physics wise due to rules etc.
Also they are fantasy anyway?

I give them a pass on this one personally, i mean also they don't charge anything for them.
I'd rather they felt like a kunos GT3 car than just for the sake of it made up stuff just to stop the people that rip apart every folder and pour through it trying to find any way they can drum up some drama because it's not their 'gang' that made it....

Is anyone having issues with the latest CM Preview version(0.1.76 Preview63)?
My cars stopped emitting any kind of smoke, doing donuts sliding doesn't create any smoke whatsoever.
Already fiddled with a few settings but everything in vain. Can't seem do figure out what's wrong.
Bug maybe?
I had this problem. Uninstalled sol and csp. Reinstalled and reset all csp settings and it works perfectly.
Looolll, yeah that's a sad story :banghead: i think i'll have to switch between CSP 1.73 / 1.74 depending on what cars i want to play. I read some people don't have any issue with "flames" on CSP 1.74, 1.75 or even the latest 1.76 ... i can't understand where this issue come from (as i say, in my case i don't have no flames exhaust and no more "pop sounds" ... that's strange 😢).

Please if anyone know anything about that let us know
No issue with flames for me. Running newest patreon version. They do not put flames out all the time. Some cars hardly do it while others are much more frequent.

This paragraph makes it clear it is a free public mod, and addresses the practice of those that take others' mods and share them for profit, either by re-uploading to a download site where they get ad revenue, or outright listing them as their own as a paymod. I know there are a few modders and Facebook groups that are very explicit about not sharing anything, even the correct download links, but this paragraph doesn't state that.

Chivas also has a public Website that anyone can access where the mods are eventually posted to download (usually).

Hey again,

I updated my resource of RaceDepartment to add the description earlier, but now it says, "Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly." Does this mean the resource is gone and I have to reupload it or did I break a rule in updating the description? Sorry, fairly new to this so I just want to ask to be sure.

They approve new uploads manually. I haven't uploaded anything in a long while so I don't remember very well. Although this hasn't stopped "questionable" mods from popping up there, even until very recently.

DRM Revival Tyre Rework
*Before dragging this folder into assetto corsa, you MUST unpack the data.acd files first for all DRM cars in Content Manager.
Please rename the original data.acd to save the original files to use the car online and/or retain the original tyres.
Overwrite the tyres.ini when asked.

I just finished this today so I haven't had hours of testing but from what I could gather, this should be a great start to getting the tyres to run in or close to an optimal temperature. All cars run differently, some have less heat and some can overheat the tyres due to a couple factors, the weight of the car, the toe of the tyres and the amount of diff lock.

All in all I've found this to make the cars a bit easier to drive. If you're still having problems with the cars, there's a couple other tricks to try, mainly, unlocking the diff in the power and coast and adding a bit of preload.

yeah no probs, was just a genuine question on my part as i know a lot of cars use "ripped" kunos physics - but i wondered why they were all using the same physics for each car.
Also not really sure what you're aiming at with your comment about "gangs" and drama. I mean what's wrong with wanting mods that follow the Kunos Pipeline and aren't just low effort GTS rips with copy pasta physics?
Beause I get called entitled and ungrateful for mentioning bugs in CSP on here (which is a mod).
Just funny how selective a certian poster is with who he gets on his high horse about.

If your not happy with Chivas's stuff then change it or don't download it.

Your question also would of made more sense to ask them personally on their facebook page, they may even tell you its place holder physics.
Far better than sking people who will simply speculate or get the pitch forks out.

How come I can look at certain cars (zerobandwidth's Ferrari 488 GTE in this case) in CM showroom only in the lite showroom?
You can do absolutely nothing there, not even turn the headlights on, and there's no indication in the car folder or anywhere else and no setting to prevent this either...
If the emissives are done through csp custom emissives they won't turn on in cm showroom, the showroom doesn't use the in game engine and csp doesn't work in it.
