Hi,
anyone an idea why I simply cannot load a race against only 1 AI car? CSP on or off makes no difference. Tried with every configuration, track or car. Always the same error - loading screen, then CTD. When choosing at least 2 opponents everything is fine though.

While updating the height of the AE86 thanks to the advices of Shi, i noticed that the AI car is higher than mine, what causes this?

thank you but i dont understand how to do exactly that to works its works and for macau ?

This is for the RSS Car only and will involve content manager being in dev mode - Its more towards advanced stuff if youre just beginning

since 1 real is equal to 0,18 U$dollar, i think is whort to buy..and i think that the car is a GT sport conversion...Unfortunately just had 1 skin.

It's a grid 2019 conversion, cost me 81cent in euro!
Think there's an acura dpi car coming soon too..

Most of the corners really do invite cutting and thats bad for league racing.
 
This is very nicely done.



Personally not as great as the one from Vegetable Tsai, that one seems even more authentic to Gran Turismo since he created a set of cameras for that track which replicate perfectly those found in GT5 and a PPFilter called 'Veget' which are both available on his Patreon page currently.


Rusty's video is more authentic. It has chasing the rabbit (car) that is way out in front. :sly:

that broken my heart! yeah, car is pretty good modeling..that is the reason that im suspected it could be a GTsport conversion..any way, hope that they continues released interesting things...

So.. seeing as this exists now, I'm going to provide an update on what missing/close F1 tracks in history (and announced in the future) from AC mods available:

Ain Diab (1958) : Doesn't exist
Buenos-Aires (1953-1960) : Uses older chicane at turns 8/9, and final hairpin is out longer
Buenos-Aires (1954) : Same circuit as above, but run in reverse
Buenos-Aires (1972-1973) : Uses older chicane at turns 8/9
Buenos-Aires (1995-1998) : Uses newer chicane at turn 13/14/15, and also uses chicane after final hairpin
Dallas (1984) : Doesn't exist (but I believe I've seen on a forum it's being worked on)
Detroit (1982) : Uses an extra hairpin section around turn 5 of 1983 Detroit
Hockenheim (1970-1981) : Doesn't have chicane at Ostkurve
Igora Drive (2023) : Very raw WIP of older layout exists on RD
Le Mans Bugatti (1967) : Modernised/current version exists. Hairpins have been reprofiled, and chicane on back street was added since F1 race in 1967
Long Beach (1976-1977) : Reprofiled between first hairpin and back pit-straight prior to 1978 version
Long Beach (1982) : Lots of changes

Paulo, try this one..
I downloaded the track you posted because I thought it was an update to the one I had. Weird thing though. I compared the two track folders and the one you posted includes additional files I don't have in my current version. That makes me think your link is an updated version. But, some of the date stamps on the files that are the same in both versions are older than the one I have. So now i'm not sure which version to use. Hope that makes some sense.

Could someone verify I'm doing this right. I'm going through some of my favorite tracks and editing the fall grass look because most of the track configs turn the grass orange just like the trees. I don't want to mess with the original track files in the 'loaded' folder so I want to make ext_config files. So here's where I'm confused on whether i'm doing this right.

Say the only section I want to edit the values in the track config file is [MATERIAL_ADJUSTMENT_24]. If I make an ext_config file that includes only my MATERIAL_ADJUSTMENT_24 values, when I load the track in the game will it use my values for that section, and use all of the other track config file entries from the original? Or do I need to include the entire original track config in my ext_config file?

Hope someone understands what i'm asking. Thanks...

I don't understand why I was able to fix it, but I could fix it by setting ROD_LENGTH in SUSPENSION in setup.ini to the MIN and MAX numbers of ks_praga_r1.
Attach car.ini and setup.ini.

Anyone seen this? “Gran Turismo 5 Chase Cam” mod currently WIP. With the HUD and R246, genuinely is like a GT5 remaster

I recently downloaded this mod, It's very similar if you ask me. You can adjusted the matching camera height.

Hey Guys, Does anyone know how to fix rain drops in open wheelers? getting large balls. Running Shaders patch 0.1.76-preview136. cheers

The awesome Knockhill mod has been acting up for some time for me now : View attachment 1091497

Deleted and reinstalled it and it still happens - all cars objects are black. Anyone has a fix ?
yeah someone at the shaders patch discord just helped me solve this (my most used track) The config that content manager downloads is screwed but if you download it directly from github it and put it in the folder mentioned over it works.

here it is with the right folders
