Guys, this one is kind of my fault. @Masscot used the configs from the skins I posted yesterday. I gave proper credit in my post. He might have thought the configs came with the track by default and didn't need mentioning.
It could have more green. less yellow green.
For me the last variant and less yellow.

That's one thing that makes doing track skins tough. Finding colors that are going to fit for everyone. It also doesn't help that i'm no photoshop expert so even when I see a problem, i'm never sure how to solve it. All I know is on my system I don't see a heavy yellow tint but that could be because I use a cooler color tone on my monitor or a filter with less whitebalance. I tried to match a few pictures of the real track I found on the net and got pretty close I thought. I will look over them again just to be sure. Thanks for the feedback.

EDIT: After a little testing, turns out some of the yellow green issues have nothing to do with the skins. It's the seasonal adjustment settings for the trees and grass. I might be able to solve it through the config instead of having to try and redo the skins.

This is not an official add-on by RSS. Don't ask absolutely nothing to them.

(V1) W13 ADD-ON PACK FOR RSS FH22_S

Installation has changed now. There is a .txt file with the code. Follow this:

1. Clean the old steering wheel add-on. Open the .rar file of the car and go to extension folder. Drag it to the folder in the AC folders. This way the ext_config.ini from the extension folder is the original one.

2. Go to the skin folder of the Mercedes livery (rss_formula_hybrid_22_s/skins/44_Hamilton etc...) and paste the ext_config.ini that comes in the add-on there.

This is it. If you want to use it for all the cars use the ext_config.ini that comes in the extension folder and paste the code of the add-on there, aswell as the kn5 files in the same folder.

What's in?
  • Steering wheel add-on v2 -> Compatible with v2 now.
  • NEW: Halo boomerang flap -> Including a shader (that I took from Synapse W09 Mercedes halo) to make the real carbon fiber.
If it doesn't match with the livery is not my fault. Edit the livery at your own.

The add-on will evolve as it's my 3d model. I'm opened to any kind of suggestion of this or any other piece of any car you want in, or any bug from this.

Strange file in HunaroringACC

I've backtracked in the forum to find the post where I downloaded this, but can't find it. There's a strange file in the download zip with a couple of strange characters. It's the same size as the core KN5 file. I installed this update without the strange file, and it works fine.

The zip file is ts_hungaroringACC_updated.zip

Just a question for some of the more learned ones with Content Manager I had an issue on a server I was running it was a 24 hours time sped up to cover a 90 minute race and one person had night when everyone else was day and vice versa when everyone was night he was day.
Today I setup a sever and the time was set to 1pm and it was night time when I went in. I unchecked weather fx in the shaders patch and the time was right. Am I missing something in CM?

Would someone be willing to help me convert some 1989 F1 cars from RF to AC ?

I would really love to run an '89 F1 season in AC, bucket list kinda thing

I got the 89 Benetton B189 and Williams FW12C in CM, but I get multiple, multiple errors when trying to simply drive a car in a practice lap.

I am a bit out of my depth here.
Any help would be appreciated, simply for personal use, just to be clear.

This is my biggest wish right now too! I love the 89 season, andI only have ASR’s MP4/5, to play with.

Awesome! Would Synapse be up for making a retro wheel for insertion in some older cars, like an unbranded Lotus 98T wheel for example ? We could fine-tune the positioning ourselves via editing the .ini file on a per car basis.

It would be awesome if steering wheel replacements could become a big thing.

It's not about quality but about mod piracy.
Well that is my point, if it wasn't £1.50 you'd (royal 'you' not actually meaning you) download them.
So its not the piracy its the money.
Unless you are running vanilla AC we've all got 'pirated' content.
Whether we pay for it or get it for free morally its the same deal.

Only objection I've ever had is people that pirate content from other games then moan when someone mods that rip themselves, or dares not credit them for rips.
All of the stuff I adapt has been ripped into AC by someone else, so I treat them the same as they treat the original devs.
Totally and utterly with legion on this.

Its named "Skip FFB Steps" in Settings -> AC -> Controls -> Force Feedback
I find the problem... the fact is that I play with a gamepad so I don't have that option
Turning to a wheel the option pops up

So it seems I will need to solve the 99% occupancy problem in other ways

I'm not sure its that anyway, that was a traditional fix.
Occasionally I've ran into this issue but because i constantly monitor my GPU/CPU via MSI when its come up say that warning my CPU GPU is all fine.
It is, I think a CSP bug.
I currently can't run any kart tracks, every other track is fine, all kart tracks have micro stutters, something somewhere affects small scale tracks though ovals are totally fine.

The myriad of settings in CSP now its just nuts trying to work it all out, accept, turn off CSP and try the same combo.... all fine.
Then its just trying to find which setting in there is doing the damage.

Thanks for your wheels. For some of us modsfire simply does not work - adblock or no adblock:

Yeah it's not a big deal... it happens just with some of the latest cars and biggest modded tracks
Just worries me a bit for the future mods that will come out

Yep, i use AdBlocker since day zero, but my AV still says that there's some Adware in the website so it's blocking the access to the file for safety reasons. AdBlock, blocks only the opens of that pages, but not the malicious content which is blocked by the AV

Any news from Trained Monkey Modding about Oulton Park ACC conversion?
TMM won't know, they just host finished RT tracks.
It's in development but unforeseen reasons involving unexpected happenings coupled with unpredicted circumstances have led to an unanticipated situation where unplanned conditions have stalled the project for an unspecified timescale.
Hope that clears it up!

That’s a shame . Was there yesterday watching the Gold Cup. My local track.

Well, I'll provide sharemods then. This is the first time people tell me that problem.

Have you read Kunos pipeline (assettocorsa\sdk\dev\car_pipeline_2.0rev)

and this too https://assettocorsamods.net/threads/your-first-car-in-assetto-corsa-basic-guide.1019/

That should help at least getting it to work. If you get errors trying to start a session likely you forgot to include something in your conversion process. Whether that's physics or visuals is hard to tell with little info
