someone had this error already? I can create only 7 previews until the error occures

When I do multiple previews with the default option (not with the CM Showroom app), sometimes I get a similar error message, as seems that the system runs out of memory to generate the images, or something like that, don't know...

If I restart AC, all turns to be all right again, and I can finish to make the previews.

Nah, here it is different - it´s just a different error message which is directly connected to the showroom 24h presented here. The error message you mean is slightly different.

Edit: found a workaround; if using Skins-> previews option it works without the error message! @24H

Thank you! I´'ve just noticed that the performance is compromised a lot, I just did some tweeks on the "FADE_AT" parameter and it works nice...FADE_AT=90 for every light works fine for me. thanks again
yes....I am tweaking the settings more to get better performance. My computer is pretty high end and took a bit of a hit. it was a bunch of lights.

Setting FADE_AT=90 for all lights wasn't 100% OK for me. Too much light fading in and out well in sight was a bit disturbing.
I changed them to 90 as per @ludwig6666 indication before trying your original settings (which is never wise) :P
So I reverted back to original, which was better while FPS loss was less than I expected.

i will still try to maximize it as there are some lights that dont have a long line of sight.

Got this problem like 50-60% of the time, I suspect it's the LUA but it's inconsistent. Already did integrity check but sometimes may work sometimes may crash

Hi, does anyone bake AO map in 3DS max instead of using CM? I tried doing that, I put the resulted map into txDiffuse using the ksPerPixelMultiMap_damage_dirt shader, but the AO map baked by 3DS max seems to be different than the one generated by CM, it turns into a solid colour instead of creating shades on the model. Can anyone let me know how I can change the 3DS Max map to work the same way as the CM generated map? Thank you!
 
Does anyone outside of Japan know how to buy Maneking's SUGO and Fuji? I drove his free Fuji for the first time today and had a good time - it's quite close to the Reboot team version in road quality, has excellent visuals and the AI might be better, even. I'm willing to throw a few coins down for the paid versions he has.

I'm fine with using PayPal, but it looks like he's using a Japanese equivalent of Patreon and they don't take PayPal or anything that I recognize, other than Visa/Mastercard. I'm not really willing to just blindly post my credit card info on a website I can't read.

Is he on here? If so, I'd be happy to just send the $3 PayPal F&F that's equivalent to the "monthly subscription" (if Google Translate is to be believed) to snag the paid versions. The "no PayPal" is a big problem for me when it comes to international purchases.

You can use revolut for purchase like this just use the virtual card it's single use only so it's safe enough to enter card details etc, that's obviously if you have revolut set up already..
Sorry probably not much help but it's an option!

One of the most beautiful tracks in the world! Drive a spectacular track set around a water reservoir in the volcanic hills above San Luis in Argentina. I'm very happy to have this wonderful track now in my portfolio. This is a full update of the track made by Tibor Beke (sylence01), so you don't need the original download.

-complete new ext-config: new GrassFX, RainFX, water shader
-completely redone night lights with much better performance
-all buildings double sided with smoothed normals for real shadows look
-shadows for all objects
-new AI
-reworked grass, tree and road shader
-removed some trees hanging though the fences

Looks great as always.

Can someone remind me of how you enable\disable an ai car to use or not use rain physics. I can't seem to remember everything that needs done. I thought there was something that needed to be checked in Content Manager as well as editing something in the car's data.acd file. Something like changing a header name or something?
 
While we're on the subject of previews. Does any one know why some cars appear to be offset in generated previews?

For instance, this is a similar car from PedroBLR and 101 Creative. Previews are created with the same settings (CSP active) yet 101 Creatives is perfectly centered, whereas PedroBLRs is offset to the front left:

The same happens to about 1/50 cars. As soon as I turn off CSP in previews, they seem to align to the center again.
 
Click the little arrow next to 'Update previews' and select options, you can then select the preview you want in the bottom of the panel and then in the Camera tab there is a section called Alignment which has 'In world space' and 'In screen-space horizontally'.
I think its to do with where the car is in relation to the 'origin' but Im not 100% sure, Im just a basic Sketchup modeller, not attempted AC stuff yet.
