it's tough to be honest becasue there are cars which don't have a really good model out there for example is the lister. And i don't like how some models are near enough impossible to do. like the Debora from le mans 2000 - there is only 1 model in existence to my knowledge and that's from the le mans game back in 2001.
to be blunt: there's a ton to do.

Thanks for the car Peter. Driver hands looked a bit squiffy in VR (fingers looked broken?) so here's an alternative steer.ksanim. Legs are a little to the left, but not really noticeable when driving, unlike the hands.
Plus an optional MINES logo for the (now higher-res and darker, with subtle noise applied) infotainment screen. My screen was originally just plain light grey, but that's maybe because I have navigators disabled.
Remove the .txt extension from the AO_33.dds.txt and add it to each skin folder (or replace it at source in CM Showroom).
Remove the .txt extension from the steer.ksanim.txt and put it in the animations folder.

Also on this car, does anyone have a config to make the windscreen fritting behind the mirror appear as dots (like here in CM Showroom) rather than solid (like out on the track)?
The limited shader adjustments and transparency toggle in CM Showroom don't seem sufficient to fix it.

Hey I modded the 2022 leaderboard for 2005/2007 seasons. It's not all accurate as the positions should be on bottom but this is much better than 2022 or 2020 leaderboards, huh? Correct F1 logo and correct font for the era. Still trying to think how I could improve it more. I also removed the annoying brand logos as these VRC years are skin based so all cars were displaying as Mercedes or Alpine before.
Any ideas? Some graphics from this era that could be used perhaps? That word "interval" is so modern 2020'ish... what word could replace it for the 2005/2007 era?
Edit: I made the leader 1 position showing on red surface as it was in the real HUD.

Yep, the fritting can be revealed in CM Showroom by adjusting the alpha settings, but stays solid black out on the track. Probably needs a config to make it non-opaque, I'm guessing?

But there is one problem with the track that's to convert... The so called "Bos in" corner seems way to fast in F1c, should be more chicane like, just as in Sergio Loro's Zandvoort track but no idea if that is possible to do...

Been working on this 2005/2007 leaderboard. I made it this way so that driver's full surname is appearing and the colors mimic the original vertical leaderboard. I think I could do the original look but it would block the car quite badly if you're driving from the cockpit mode. Maybe this is better.
First driver is in red, and the next 7 drivers positions are darker (as they're in points).
More ideas of the graphics?

anyone knows where the Teleport (and other features) went? It's not there anymore (in CSP debug - CAR tab )I only now just discovered that we can Teleport!(if anyone else didn't know... it's via the CSP debug - CAR tab)

EDIT : never mind, I figured it out ! ( To use that Teleport you need to be in practice mode and I was in race mode )
