Anyone know anything about a T300RS wheel and what happens when it overheats or is possibly broken? Mine started to act weird this evening out of the blue and i'm wondering if it's broken. I'm thinking it's overheating (although I hear the fan blowing) because if I stop for a little bit, it's fine again for about 2-3 laps and then starts to act weird again.

I naively bought a used, broken T300 wheel to try and repair it as a companion to my T500RS. As I don't have a T300 wheel I just fitted the T500 wheel for the moment assuming they're the same. Most of what I experience applies when the wheel is removed: What's working: Wheel powers on when...
It's the same old story: RSS and VRC both start series of cars and then don't finish them (see Hypercar). What's the point of starting a new job if you don't finish what you started before, maybe people expect to see that job finished and are left with little and nothing in their hands.

Could try this - Press "Mode" and "Option/Start" and hold down until the red light flashes. If it flashes twice, it means forced cooling is switched on
Should stop it getting to the overheating stage
Modified? Can you inform to us what specifically? Or is ' just' the skin?
Anyway, thanks for this and I downloaded, installed and enjoy this one (Good dashboard).

I have had the same wheel base with a Ferrari F1 add-on steering wheel for almost 2 years without any trouble. Any chance the steering wheel has just unscrewed itself or something? After hours of playing I notice that on mine, it just gets a bit lose, with no issues yet though
Hi guys! I searched for years a BMW E21 on Assetto Corsa, but I never find any model of this car.
So, some weeks ago, thanks to the work of ATS who released his own tuned version of this car, I started to work to made a stock version of a 323i, one of the most iconic BMW ever. But thinking that was not enough, I decided to create a complete pack of the first generation of the BMW 3 Series!
In this pack you will find 2 stock cars: BMW 316 (90hp) and BMW 323i (143hp), and 2 Alpina versions: Alpina B6 2.8 (200hp) and Alpina C1 2.3/1 (170 hp).
What I have done is some modifications on 3D model (twin headlights that was missed on the base model, exhaust, rims, plates, rear spoiler on both Alpina, badges and front grill), and some CSP adjustments. And of course I tried to recreate the original specs performance of each engines.
I'm not a modder, so maybe the work could be not so perfect, and it's possible that you may find some errors, or something wrong, but I hope you will appreciate the effort of having created something that was missing in Assetto Corsa until now. And now, enjoy the cars!

If you give me a car mod , I can try... but the decals (stickers) and the base paint layer have to have different materials , otherwise it's not gonna work and the chameleon paint will go on top of the decals.

That's somewhat unfair IMO, they produce different things from all sorts of different classes that people want to see. They're also working on various contracts with third parties.
Sadly (for me), varying degrees of single-seaters are big sellers, but they also create decent numbers of cars for some classes and take their time doing so. VRC have made five Super Tourers; is it 'complete'? No, but it's more than any other studio has made since Codemasters' last efforts. What's 'unfinished' about RSS' two LMDh cars? I'd argue if you buy them you have two great 'finished' cars for your collection. My GT1 and GT2 cars from them have been improved several times for free over the years (and the Aston DBR9 added).
How do you 'finish' something? Should you keep making the fifth car of a series if each one sells fewer than the previous ones?
I'm someone that wants variety and depth in my race series - one make racing is dull to me - but credit where credit is due.
Sometimes I'd suggest looking at how much is in the glass rather than what isn't.
Even though I definitely think they should focus on Classic Endurance Part 2 now!
Hi gents, jac0, extract this zip file and drop the .kn5 file in the rx7 folder, that will solve the orientation of the Rpm needle.
Nice day/night, Mike

I don't know RSS's or URD's is better or worse between the 2. I think I like VRC's the best. URD's seems raceable against the VRCs and RSSs are just too slow. Honestly though it would be nice to have all of them from the same place so they are at least balanced. Between how all the cars are using CSP physics their own ways and implementing the hybrid strat differently and have different idea of where the performance balance is, its hard to use them all in a grid.
Kunos cars are usually top notch but who else thinks Kunos RUF Yellowbird difficulty is "overdone"? It's almost like driving on oil with that car hehe. And I'm from Finland who raced his whole youth on ice with rear wheel cars like Escort Mark II. Or maybe I just have to find some decent settings for that car?
