.../... after racing for a day or two on the terrific Seattle track .../...

I have not even tried to race there (so I did not notice these issues) because the track is poorly optimised. On my triple system I can only use it for hot lapping because of the very low fps.
Other comparable ciry tracks give me a way higher fps count.
So I'd like to add a call out for better optimising.

About to install AC on my laptop question is there a mod that fixes the crappy 3rd person view?

In CM go to setting then go to Custom Shader Patch tab. click "Chaser Camera" on the left side, you'll see Extension next to checkbox. Active the checkbox and change the Script used to "Arcade by Levels" This will change the 3rd person view to something closer to Forza/GTSport 3rd person view. It much better IMO. As a bonus if you're using a X360/XB1 pad (Yeah yeah I know...blasphemy.) you can move the 3rd person camera around your car similar to Forza.

Call out to any AI line experts, after racing for a day or two on the terrific Seattle track it seems real shame that the AI in pit's is completely broken, not to mention there is no pit stop for full races, which is game breaker for this track. Also Ive noticed on one of the fastest corner the AI cut in and wreck themselves in the quickest part of the track, disrupting the field and breaking the momentum. Please could someone take the time to fix this?

The AI's fast lane and pit lane can be updated, (I'll give a shot soon) but the mod creator need to update the collision the pit lane. I'm sure there is possible fix.

1970 Alfa Romeo GTAM 1.1
1970 Alfa Romeo GTAM

I'm really happy to bring you my last creature.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia GT 1750 GTAM.
Built to replace GTA in 1970 ETCC, the GTAM was bigger, wilder, and a lot faster. Not by chance won that year's championship.
From 220 to 240 hp of brutal "biscione" power, transferred to tarmac by huge Firestone racing tires.

Built totally from scratch, (almost) full animated suspensions, real suspensions geometry, actually quite same as GTA, but with a different way to mimic the "slittone" system for rear live axle. Real audio from Gtam dynos, BOPed to match Kunos' Escort RS.
Other features including as usual animated wipers, rain on glass, full damage and dirt.

Skins came even in 2k resolution for lower-spec pcs, only rename/switch the folders. Don't overwrite skins folder with the content of 2k one, some files are different, just delete or rename skins folder if u wanna use the 2k one.

Special thanks as usual to @andy-R, who made all the fantastic skins.

Thanks again to @luathas for quality control and some fixing.

Then i would have to stop playing racing games :(

Sorry but i suffer from
Claustrophobia
Whenever i try to play in interior view is like being stuck in a box with no escape 3rd person view is the only view i can play my racing games.
I'm with you on that. Chase cam is much more relaxing and gives a bigger view reference. I don't agree with you on the swaying though. I love that about AC's chase cam. So many other games have it stuck to the car like Gran Turismo and I hate the way that makes the car have a rotate-on-spot feel. The swaying feels more natural and gives a better sense of speed imo.

Now that feels a lot better!
Good stuff. Love it when people take criticism well and act on it rather than just simply listen to the people blowing smoke..

i love swaying in chase cams also but ac's is so stiff and awkward. there is sort of a weird delay to it

Hello. I hope somebody can help me. I did find some (I would say about 50 cars in total) modded cars from several sources that all had the same problem: The AI is not able to drive that car. It is always the same: At the beginning of the race (or in the pitlane) the cars rev high, then turn the front wheels in one direction and then stay there.

I hope somebody can tell me, what is wrong with these cars and find a way to fix that problem. I have searched and checked the data-files but did find nothing. I have posted a video below with the KTM X-bow GT4 with this problem. This version is from "The Rollovers" - and I didnt have any problems with other cars from this source. Thank you for any tipp.

You could try and turn off the "new AI Behavior" on the Custom Shaders Patch settings, that helped me last time.
