New CSP Preview Out on Patreon... has Ilja just changed AC again ??? look at this :

Most important change is the update for the way tyre contact works. Thanks to Jackson Papageorge tyres now use multiple rays per cast properly, taking into account car tilt, moving contact point and more (update for Tyres FX taking it into account is coming soon). And I have to thank Intel for their Embree library allowing us to cast a lot more rays per tyre at once without a major performance hit.

(By default unless specified in car data extra rays per tyre are only added longitudinally for now, but server configs can override that option adding more latitudinal rays to keep things fair — cars do behave a lot better on curbs with extra rays.)
This is not going to be a default new change. It's a new physics option you can configure in tyres.ini

Bannochbrae, Lake Garnett?
I was very curious on lake Garnett so I did do a single race today and in VR, the water is not realistic, its reflection is to high, like being made from ultra polished stainless steel. Also the tarmac is flat and grass color could need some attention. For the rest its a surprisedly good track, like the way that he put the 2D spectators a bit away from the track.
Thanks for mentioning this for me complete unknown track btw

So apart from the Cyber Formula tracks, i almost forgot something about the SWDC tracks that is yet to be ported to AC.
Aside from the real world tracks, the arcade game also has fictional tracks, such as this one.

[Gameplay starts at 1:36]

Speaking of SWDC, i just noticed the advertisement on this part on Reboot Team's Fuji Speedway. I assume this track is promoting the game a little bit, since the track itself was also in the arcade game.

Don't mean to be rude but it's not really a present without a means of acquiring it unfortunately. So... is there a link?

For that matter, how exactly do you get any of your liveries anyways? I don't see any links in your IMSA mods website, or Racedepartment, or in your posting history.

Here you go.

You will need this GT-R, this 350z, this Vertigo, this Falcon and this Mazda6.

Spa Vintage Track Updates:

These are my updates to all three versions of the Spa Vintage tracks. They are all full stand alone tracks because it was suggested that I do it this way instead of config\track skin mods.

All versions now have a vao patch, animated flags, working clock tower and new grass and tree textures. They also have two additional track skins that get a progressively bluer tint and less saturation. The skins also have only the files I altered from the original so you can edit them to make a skin that fits your liking. There are also new ext_configs for each track that add seasonal changes, some shader adjustments and a few other things.

Explanation about each one so you know which one to download. They each represent a specific version of the track:

Spa-Francorchamps 1938:

Spa-Francorchamps 1938

-- Based on the Spa_Faux_Pre_War version. All credits for the track go to Legion.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus removal of floating flag poles that had no flags and scaling of flag poles that were floating off the ground. Plus I added collision physics to most of the haybales. Some I left without to help with AI behavior. All other things about the track are the same as the original.

Spa-Francorchamps 1966:

Spa Francorchamps 1966

-- Based on the Spa_1966 version. All credits for the track go to the Reboot Team.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus collision physics to most haybales. Some I left without to help with AI behavior. Also included the Spa 1966 AI done by Parri. The original AI is still included in the ai_original and data_original folders. Just rename them to ai and data to revert back to the original AI behavior. All other things about the track are the same as the original.

Spa-Francorchamps 1934 & 1966:

Spa Francorchamps 1934 & 66

-- Based on the Spa_THR version. All credits for the track go to the Reboot Team and Waffles for the THR updates.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus a new AI line for the 1934 layout done by me. The original AI was unusable. It was my first attempt at an AI line so don't expect perfection. All other things about the track are the same as the original.

Please point out any and all mistakes. I'm sure there are a few. Was kind of hard managing three versions of the same track. I was never sure if I made the same changes on all three tracks.

Links updated with new versions. To be safe, delete any of the previous versions you have. A huge thanks for this update goes to @CrisT86 , @Fall Guy , @slider666 and @DaBaeda

Spa-Francorchamps 1938:
-- Removed floating crowd on front stretch hillside.
-- Water shader improvement.
-- Sharpened the background image. If you prefer the original blurry one, there is a skin for it.
-- Completely redone config by @CrisT86 with additions from @slider666 to correct the treewall issues.
-- Recorded new sidelines to try and help reduce the number of AI crashes, especially on the hilltop on the first lap. You can simply copy the ai folder and ai_hints file from the original Spa_Faux_Pre_War track if you don't like the changes.
-- Added a race day layout that adds the sponsors from other versions and the corner men. I realize the sponsors are not 1930's sponsors, but they are better than nothing. You can add the cars as well if you edit the models and models_spa_1938_raceday .ini files. I left the cars hidden because they are 1960's car textures and I thought that would bother people more than the sponsors do.
-- New replay cams from myself, @DaBaeda and @CrisT86 .

Spa-Francorchamps 1966:
-- Added animated flags to the corner men. Totally useless thing to do, but I couldn't help myself.
-- Water shader improvement.
-- Sharpened the background image. If you prefer the original blurry one, there is a skin for it.
-- Completely redone config by @CrisT86 with additions from @slider666 to correct the treewall issues.
-- Accurate billboard sponsor textures by @Fall Guy .
-- New replay cams from @DaBaeda and @CrisT86 .

Spa-Francorchamps 1934 and 1966:
-- Added animated flags to the corner men. Totally useless thing to do, but I couldn't help myself.
-- Water shader improvement.
-- Sharpened the background image. If you prefer the original blurry one, there is a skin for it.
-- Completely redone config by @CrisT86 with additions from @slider666 to correct the treewall issues.
-- Accurate billboard sponsor textures by @Fall Guy .
-- All new AI for the 1934 layout. This version works really well. Malmedy can still be an issue in the first lap or two, but once the field spreads out it works fine. The hints file was created to be used with cars of that era. If you want to race more recent cars, there is an ai_hints_faster file in the data folder. Just rename it to ai_hints to use it. Personally, I would just use the Spa_1938 track if you want to race that era. The Malmedy section is much better on the ai. This version has such a quirky turn at Malmedy that the only way to get them through it on the first few laps was to make the ai act a bit unrealistically.
-- New replay cams from myself, @DaBaeda and @CrisT86 .

The track skins folder has the files needed to make your own skin, the original blurry background textures plus three variations on the grass textures. They get greener and less saturated respectively. Probably some other things changed i'm forgetting, so they must not be important. Hope you like the changes.

I dunno, but it's a free mod so I personally don't have any problem with that.
That is not the point!
The point is that a few members were warned to stop the advertisement to their patreons. That's all.
Even with free mods.
Nothing against the poster, I only like that the rules are the same for all. That is why rules exist.

Does someone have any download links for the Ferrari Enzo? I kept seeing this in the loadscreen background for that Ridge Racer track that just released out of nowhere.

If only the worlds politicians stuck to this hey.
Forums like many things are a microcosm of the world. Rules are never the same for all sadly.
Not saying this is the case here, just saying the world, or at least the human side of it, sucks. IMO.
