In my case, at least today, all the results where there just without me at P1. P2 became P1, P3 became P2 and so on... Times and gaps where there. It had even registered my fastest lap.
And when I went to view the results through CM I was P24
I haven't seen that one yet. I just get no times registered with me in last.

Pretty incredible what you can do in the CM showroom. I do renders in blender but this is pretty darn good.

Could someone who knows please explain to me what a couple of CSP options do.

1.) Under Graphic Adjustments\Post Processing antialiasing, what does 'Use green for luminocity mean and should it be enabled or disabled?

2.) Under ExtraFX\Temporal Antialiasing, it suggests for best look to disable Extra Sharpness, but I don't have a button to disable it. Would setting the slider to 0% be the same as disabling it? And would you suggest I make any changes to the Sharpen Temporal Data and Blur New Pixels sliders or just leave them alone.

Thanks for any info...

2 questions about extended physic.
  1. Since extended physic give rain physic to cars who do not have it, making them undriveable without rain tires on wet surface, how can we add rain tires to the car who don’t have them?
  2. What else, beside rain physic, does extended physic brings to the table?
Afaik the formula cars from vrc and RSS make use of extended physics for some functions.
By default I let the use of extended physics on but I also do not know exactly what is extended and what is not

Hey I made a car and am running it in the league I run however ive just discovered that Content Manager won't Let me set a Fixed setup on it. Any Ideas as to what might cause this? Ive tried a few things but so far nothing is working. It was based off another car and I then changed the name of the folder and what not. So not sure if that could be causing the issue but yeah.

Hi everyone.

Not a modding question but more like a general AC question: Why sometimes when finishing a race (not matter which position, lets say I win) suddenly AC decides that I'm last? Is it a penalty thing? Or is it just a bug? Cause I do have them off.
Has been happening over and over again (but just once in a while) in random races the last 2,5 years I've been playing this game...
If i wait until the result table the problem never occurs. But i experienced few tracks with this problem, so it was track related not game at all.

No idea for 1.) but for 2.) I have always just set the slider to 0% and I think that does the trick. The sharpen and blur settings are salt and pepper by which I mean season to taste.

I had this problem too, the only solution for me, was to turn off the cool-down lap.

The BOAT (Biggest of all time) of F1 cars, is making a return soon to assetto corsa, Presenting you a complete rework of the F60 of SDD.

The car has been 3D fixed to fit the proportion of the real F60, and the cockpit area has been modified to fit more the F60 cockpit lines. Same goes for front wing and rear wing. And more accurate callipers.

It will also have new physics, new carbon texture, better AO map, and 3d helmets for Massa Raikonen Fisichella and Badoer. And real life cockpit badges.

And real life led animation

To determine a brightness of a tone you can use it's RGB average value or a luminosity value. If the luminosity is used, mostly green defines the brightness of a tone.

The brightness is Important to determine a difference to a neighbor pixel and how much the area needs to be averaged to prevent aliasing.

So if green is used to determine the brightness, it could be the picture is sharper then. But the differences between brightness and luminosity is minor for unsaturated tones, but big for very saturated tones.

So for example a full blue tone has a luminosity of 7% where as a full green tone has a luminosity of like 70%

And so if you use that luminosity option you will have a slightly sharper picture l, because it takes color reception into account and does not do mich Antialiasing on low luminosity tones.

Something else: Apollo Lunar Roving Vehicle from Esprit3905
Electric, 4 wheel steering, very slow (max about 19km/h), now we need the moon to explore :)

Works fine on my side, but I heard that for someone the car gets dropped from the sky, crashes and he can't drive it... maybe a CSP setting ?
I tried several small tracks without issues.

(that someone being me) maybe it's the ghost of past unfinished cars haunting my CSP

btw what's the absolute best version of the Nurb set in the 60s ? So many of them around...

As far as I know, checking the "extended physics" box adds wet physics to cars that don't have it. Nothing more.

Cars which are made with extended/csp physics use it regardless of what is checked or unchecked.

So there is generally no need to check it, unless you want to race non-csp/extended physics car in wet conditions.

It wil also heavily affect the physics depending on the mod (and mostly in a bad way)

WilliamTRiker's one: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/nurburgring-1967.28207/ it's a bit dated and the AI isn't amazing but it's the best one.

Nice extra skin for it here: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/track-skins-for-nürburgring-1965-and-1967.42292/

There's a '66 version based on the above without the final chicane here, which I haven't tried: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/nurburgring-1966.63220/

Sergio Loro also made a Sudschleife which is a tantalising glimpse of 'what could be' but if you're looking for the southern loop it's a lot more detailed than the above (although has a weird jump after the first turn and the AI is a bit slow): https://f3classictracks.sellfy.store/p/kddf/ great track though.
