I really enjoy doing fastlanes for AC, so does anyone currently need a fastlane for a wip modtrack or does anyone have a track with bad AI that they want to be fixed? PM me and I will make it. I am always looking for a track to do.

Absolutely. This is pretty much yours, eh?
You likely know from your own use, but for others on the learning curve, I adjust these parameters for almost every car.
Y'know, to make each one...purrfect :)
Camera:
Look at X and Y values
Tilt
Car:
Steer

Remove the text extension, and place in:
C:\Users\<yourusernamegoeshere>\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\Presets\Custom Previews\Loaded

Or you can do it Ilya's way, click the link, follow the prompts:

And I posted a quick fix to get rid of the 3D trees.

@alfredwayne I never looked closely at your avatar, until now, when I noticed it had the "wrong" colours. :lol:
 
Ok, the taskbar has appeared, but the interface is still the old one 😥
I don't know what else to advise you. The only option that will really reset everything is deleting the extension folder.after deleting the folder, the patch itself will create everything again

About the blue car, that's caused by the fact that the mod is Encrypted.

All that for a fiorano which reuse ferrari virtual academy assets (which shouldn't even be allowed in race department, and it may be the whole track in fact but didn't dive deeper)

I think it was Caldwell Park, Knockhill and Long Beach. I mentioned it and he answered in the same fashion. This guy is unbelievable! Shame you can not answer under his reaction to feedback. Leave him a 4/5 star review and he is offended somehow!

Your rendition turned it into a great classic so thanks to you and everyone involved.
 
I remember I left a good review for his (not only his) Portimao and then some of the next tracks he had posted have had very weird asphalt textures. Optimizing objects to help with performance? Who are you to ask that to someone who did game development. Optimization is for poor people, he's a sigma he just buy a better pc.


I'm not a pro, but when people asked me to help with performance of the 2012 mods, I started doing lods for all mods that needed it. I guess that's why i'm not a pro yet

I'm not a pro, but when people asked me to help with performance of the 2012 mods, I started doing lods for all mods that needed it. I guess that's why i'm not a pro yet

His textures are dogtrash, Just look at his Knockhill track, Textures straight out of 2010. + he's using Ai to generate the track thumbnails in CM which all look like complete trash.

Have never bothered downloading his trash stuff ever since.

You nailed it. I only use CSP preview with encrypted mods that don't allow the use of CM previews; I've tried to achieve the exact same look with both methods, but it's nearly impossible, or at least, not with my limited knowledge (or patience...)
i somehow managed to get the same look, sadly the endresult looks nothing like in the ‘preview’ on screen!

I was poking away at gui.ini based on stuff I saw here, and now I'm stuck in the new interface with no laptimes available and 2 GUI selections in settings...
Can someone please point out how to get back to the older interface with laptimes?

when I install both, and I try to select the preview preset , I still get this :

and in Showroom I cannot find it either... the ult_studio_grey.zip contains only a track it seems... but no showroom
