the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8 by RealSpecs (rs_porsche_911_964_38_rs_93) , found in the Garage is quite enjoyable but only comes with 1 skin, so here some extra (fictional) skins : (original skin was also made less reflective by adding a config ini file inside the original skin folder)...

Regarding the '60/'70 Trans-Ams, I've updated my BoP settings, here and in my original post:
Charger 125
Chevelle 220
Mustang 0
Road Runner 150

Plus I've use the AI Spline Editor to slightly modify Riverside Long's AI to decrease the number
of side-taps to the left wall, just after the last bend.

1) Just go to ...\assettocorsa\content\tracks\riverside\long\ai 2) back-up "fast_lane.ai" or rename it. 3) extract new "fast_lane.ai" from my .rar and place it there All this for a simplier and less crash-prone trajectory over the last bend.

The Fenryr version palms are better, but too low. Best ones atm are ChiquiFreaky's imo:

Yes, CHQ's palms are the best so far. His other trees look better as well, but i'm not sure they are the right kind of trees. The problem I have with the original trees is that a lot of them have that mirrored look. I haven't looked, but they might be x-trees. X-trees have a tendency to have that mirrored look. Y-trees never seem to have that problem.

If I ever get better at Blender stuff, I might try to steal CHQ's palms and put them into the original track. Right now I don't have enough skill when it comes to trees. I always seem to mess up the normals and shadowing when I mess with tree objects.

EDIT: I was wrong, they do look like Y-trees. That's strange that they have that mirrored look being y-trees. That typically doesn't happen.

Ok! I founded a final layout for the dashboard (I'll make a screen where I explain all parameters).
I'm working on a different colours style for every F1 2025 teams.
This is the layout and the idle screen specific for Lewis Ferrari SF25
I hope for saturday to release a first pack to test.

I did a little investingating on the melbourne_2019 trees to see why they mirror so badly despite being y-trees. Turns out the alpha layer doesn't line up right on some of them. Making a few alpha layer adjustments helps a little. Only did the one tree so far. At least the mirroring is not as obvious. The tree still looks weird, but at least the trunk is not split in the middle.

Has anyone seen a version of the Indycar Caesars Palace layout that would be convertable? Or would it be easy enough to just convert the F1 track to the Indycar track since its the outside of the track?

Just couldn't solve the mirror looking trees on melbourne_2019 to my liking so I stole the CHQ trees. There are a few spots where they come through the fences, but I can live with that. I'd rather see that then look at the original 'mirror' trees. Also put a lap counter on the s/f line structure. Not sure what is in that spot in real life so I used a lap counter for now.

Gave mk-sg's AI revision for yas_marina_2021 a spin tonight.

It is a significant improvement - so much so that I recommend you reach out to him and officially fold it in. There's a small tweak to the sidelines that I hope he can do - hopefully in the next few days. It's otherwise really good.

The timing issues are of course still present. More specifically: in the straight into the first hairpin after the esses, right before the 150 board, Sector 1 switches to Sector 3. The remaining duration of the lap is seen as Sector 3.

On the pit straight, right at the end of the lap, about ~150 meters before the start/finish line, the track loses position data - and resets the Sector to Sector 1.

Hopefully that's helpful - and hopefully a quick fix update-wise. Cheers.

What is the cause of this? I'm trying to make new lods for Ginetta G40 GT5 from Garage ACTK, but every now and then I run into this. Sorry if this is a simple problem, but I only use Blender to make lods and track grid extensions. Thanks in advance.

Short question; Some of my cars are suffering from engine sounds quiting as of certain speeds and revs. Say, from 0 to 120 km/h all is good but after that engine sounds disappear... When i decellerate the engine sounds come back in though. Very weird. Other cars do not have this anomaly, so it should not be my system I guess.

Anyone here encountered something similar and knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Strangely enough I did encounter this, but I think it was something to do with swapping the audio over from the URD Caddy over to the VRC one. This might just be some weird anomaly with my system (as we've all got totally bespoke computers, all running different settings in csp/AC/cm), BUT, when I went through the tunnels at Motegi with the VRC Caddy after the audio switch the reverb almost seemed to overload my speakers and they stopped transmitting the engine note. Crew chief would still be running and giving me info and tips, so it's not like it was a hardware issue of the actual speakers switching off. Once I used the original VRC car audio I was able to drive through tunnels and retain sound. Might be a new build CSP bug?!

Thanks for your reply, I will fiddle around with CSP versions in order to see whether this is the cause of this (currently on 0.2.8.preview1). Only some cars encounter this weird anomaly, 98% does not... Earlier CSP version might solve this...perhaps...

Good morning. Is there any easy app or program other than 3D Max or Blendel that can correct and adjust the hand movement with the gear lever? Many high-quality mods are impaired. This is because when shifting gears, the driver's hand moves to one side, which has nothing to do with the position of the gear lever. Thank you very much in advance, guys.
