Can you move the brake/clutch pedal plates into any two holes stacked vertically with the v3's? Or are those holes just for show? I imagine it could be nice to have the option to make adjustments like that.
Yeah, but that just moves them side to side, doesn't move them forward at all. I like the brake pedal to be a little closer to me than the throttle so that when I press the brake it becomes level with the throttle and I can just reach over with the right side of my foot and tap the throttle (if that makes sense). With the default configuration of the V3's the brake and throttle are on the same plane so when you press the brake it's now below the throttle and difficult/impossible to blip it with my pinky toe. They come with a spacer for the D-shaped pedals but I think I can use it for the flat pedal plates too, though I might push it out too far.
This is what I'm talking about. On my WRX (this is not my video) this is pretty much the only way you can rev match because the throttle pedal doesn't come down far enough to hit it with your heel.
