The wait is over and one of the reasons that went ahead and got the PS4 when Project Cars game of the year came out.
Tried a few of them and it will be great fun doing hot laps if nothing else for many months to come. I am not blown away by them as of yet, however most of that has to do with reading about them almost every day for several weeks.
Had the game since shortly after released for PS4, but without a wheel not much fun at all. Now that have a wheel, T-150 can start learning these cars and physics. Not happy about the game in general as a lot of flaws, views pale in comparison to project cars and so many other things. However hot lapping and the sounds does fairly well to very good. Did hot lapping on Spa this evening, the sense of speed seems to be lacking. Even though we will not be able to view full races in replays, I think in general the replay mode is okay. Except what is the deal with taking for ever for the car to leave the line in replay or is that just me, I know was not that way in the actual hot lap. Also had at least on or more replays where the car never left the starting line - apparently some bugs.
Anyways if you have the game get the cars (simple as that). $6 dollars or so is equivalent to a good cup of coffee or perhaps a beer or two at the bar.
