My turn with the F1 cars. Gave the F138 a try last night.

Definitely not my cup of tea, but one has to admire how brilliant these machines are and it's fun discovering their limits.

Fantastic video! Which track is that? I don't think I've seen it before.

EDIT: Is that Battersea? I recognize the Battersea Power Station -- which just so happens to be on the cover of Pink Floyd's greatest album...Animals!

Yes, it is :) Thanks! :)

I simply cannot get enough of the Porsche 919 Hybrid 2015. It is an unbelievable machine.

However, I did get carried away on this lap and had depleted my hybrid power before getting a proper run onto Hanger Straight.

Do you like the 2015 more than the 2016? Can you tell much of a difference? I think someone said the 2015 is a little bit faster, but I might be wrong about that.

I am a PS4 guy. Still waiting for Vol III. I think when the 2016 arrives I could end up sticking with the 2015 car if it is as quick. I also think the 2015 is nicer looking as the new headlights on the 2016 are awful.

Dammit. I'm sorry man...I forgot you guys haven't gotten PP3 yet. Have they announced a date yet? Or, have they at least said "...in January"? Although...We only have 11 days left, so if they haven't announced, it won't be here until February then.

No prob. There has been no mention of a date but I would not expect to see v1.12 and Vol III before mid February.

After bulk deleting a number of GT6 videos from my channel, I still had this saved on disc. I think it was kind of relevant to have this reuploaded there

Assetto Corsa has really gone a long way

After the NA Procar version, here is the Turbo gr5 version. BMW M1 at Spa-Francorchamps, track Green 96% grip on pretty low temperatures which actually kepy tyre temps (Hard 70) at optimal.

Hope you enjoy.

 It happened so quickly... My eyes opened and I was superman all of a sudden. :D
Probably better to have a sneezing fit while playing AC than in real life heavy traffic.

Nowhere near as costly :scared:

Which makes me wonder, besides the blurred visor post sneeze :yuck:, I can't think of anywhere worse to suffer such a thing than Monaco on F1 weekend :nervous:

@Flaren89 which do you prefer and why? I haven't spent any real time with either of them yet. Just curious to hear your opinion. 👍
Mmh. Not preferring one on the other to be honest.
I find the Turbo more entertaining and probably similar to how would feel the real counterpart, but the NA got better sound (comparing to the real, the Turbo version missing the loud wastegate) and the lower power/torque gives it a better feeling on the accelerations, and so a higher fun factor to run in a full session.

Though both have their drawbacks:
- NA version doesn't feel 100% realistic because of maybe bit too much grip and the sequential gearbox which uses the mod was builded in just a few selected cars. Also might need harder compounds as it has only Soft and those wear off in max 10-15 laps, and the reduced grip by Hard might give the car a more realistic resemble of the grip;
- Turbo version need the loud wastegate, along with a fix for the fuel consumption (full tank 100L would run just 6.6 laps at Spa). Also, it might need a change of "graphic": the cockpit and also external model looks like the NA version, while it had to have a bigger front splitter and different dashboard, maybe even a different rear wing. So as for the mod style, looks like if you would just swap from NA to Turbo engine on the NA model.

Oh, don't get me started on the fuel consumption! I freakin' ran out of fuel before I even made it to the top of Pikes Peak.

I'll take a look at your comments when I have some free time and I'll fix some of those things. I can easily import hard & medium compounds and I'll inspect the overall grip of the NA version. I probably won't be able to fix that individual sound however... :grumpy: But, if you don't mind testing the changes, we can probably shape these two cars up pretty well. 👍
