Just did some practice, need to tweak some settings, still only just relearning Mid Field as well hah haven't been on it till now. Managed a 1:10 flat, I'm sure I can get into the 9s.
I've only had around 25 laps at Mid-Field. Ever.

I still can squeeze some time out though, it does have a bit of high-speed understeer that I need to tune out.

Whatttt?? You must be young ;) Haha it's the oridgy didge of GT! So much better than I remember with all the undulations, can be fun but frustrating if you can't get a nice feeling setup.

My Predictions and thoughts:

Mid-Field Raceway is a great race track. I enjoy it, even it is one of the simplest circuits on the game. It has a great feel to it. But with it's long straights I think the Corvette will get it's legs going and with many mid-speed corners of which the Corvette and the GT-R are almost equal, the Corvette will have the edge all the way through sector 1 and pretty much sector 2, but sector 3 is where the GT-R could fight back - with the right line, obviously.

With @NW48, @Timlour and @FutureF1 (if he races) in the Corvette's, they will be the one's to watch for sure! With the right setup they could surely dominate the races. But, with @Mikey24, @mustafur, @Ph1sher and @Pubs16 in the GT-R's, all with great experience, could possibly jump in between the Corvette if they were to make a mistake. With the perfect setup they could even put up a challenge to the Corvette's but that does seem quite unlikely because they would lose their advantage on the straights.

For the predictions, well I think @NW48 has a really good shot at Pole Position, as well as @Timlour, but the nearest rival in the GT-R would possibly be @Ph1sher or @mustafur, definitely on the second row, maybe the front if they perform a good enough lap compared to the Corvette's.

With @Mikey24's excellently timed starts (yes, I can nail them starts! ;)) and @Pubs16's outstanding race consistency, those Corvette's must be sure that they'll have company if they make a small mistake. And although they have an advantage on the straights, it's only so much, as if they make a big mistake and come off of the circuit, they will most likely be caught by the GT-R's if not passed by them.

But, as an overall prediction, @NW48 has a fantastic shot at a Pole and a win on Saturday! 👍

Yeah I'm young, alright. 14yrs old and GT6 is my first Gran Turismo! However, I may be 14, but I feel 50.

Wow 14 years old! your 10 years younger then me and im usually the youngest person I race in my other league lmao.

Also sorry to say but im unable to do this round, my nightshift starts at 8:30pm and will conflict with the race. I think im good for the following round though

No probs, mustafur, you are a Wildcard so you aren't expected to race every week. :)👍

You're forgetting about @Ph1sher, he'll probably run circles around everyone after missing a round!

Why thank you :). That's what I love about this series is the differences between the cars, makes it fun and see-saw effect over a lap and between tracks ;). It shall be very interesting!

Of course let's not forget Group B! They should also :).

Nice man, you seem very mature in your posts I thought you would've been at least 18!
Very impressed to see you be so competitive only ever been on GT6.
And since we're talking age I'm 24 :), so shush you can feel 50 lol, @mustafur and I are half way! I wish I was 18 let alone 14! Haha.

I guess it can be nailed down to how my parent's raised me and also through karting when I've had to do speeches, interviews, mentoring and general talking to people who sit high up in the karting scene.

I'd rather be 24, to be honest, a lot more independence than I have already, which is something I love.

Impressive man :) those kind of things at a young age will always bring a great person.
Little while to go yet man, you'll have your independence soon ;).

@NW48 sorry mate, looks like I'll have to miss this one too:tdown: I'll be out of town again for an event.

Was really looking forward to this race, this track is so much fun. I'd like to do the pre Q though. Just in case things change, I don't wanna start at the back.
