The Raimi films might have been a bit hit and miss, but damn Simmons was great as Jameson.
I would say the same thing about the X-Men movies and Hugh Jackman. J-Law and that girl from Game Of Thrones will have a hard time filling his shoes.

Good to see Stark alive with the rest of the gang in the new suits. Though that just completely nullifies the suspense of the first trailer.

Looking forward to the powerhouses Thor & Carol take on Thanos one last time.

Hawkeye/Ronin, I'm intrigued to see if he has any bigger part in the movie apart from just bringing the OG Avenger team back together for the sake of it.

Poster looks a bit fanmade personally, but can't wait for the movie!

*rubs hands* Those quantum energy suits, hearing Peggy Carter's voice about starting over, Thor & Captain Marvel. Can't wait.

This internet theory on how the Avengers defeat Thanos has been doing the rounds.

Clearly Ant-Man doesn't know that skin is the same thickness from the inside as the outside :P

Seriously though, the latest short trailer has my hype even more through the roof for this.

Why are people acting like they. Ant sit in a chair for 3 hours straight? Don't women sit in a chair that long to do hair and nails?

Anyway, that short trailer is full of hype.👍

Nice retrospective from Marvel here. Apparently there are spoilers out and about, so I think this is the last time I'm going to look at YouTube until after the showing next Thursday.

I don't get it either. I remember sitting through the third LOTR pretty easily. Infinity War was also a pretty breezy experience, so as long as this feels smooth, the three hours should fly by.

If the film is good, it won't feel like 3 hours. I've watched 90-100 minute films that have dragged and 3 hour films that have flown by, and if Infinity War is anything to go by, this film will fly by.

Especially trying to fit 10 years of everything within 3 hours. Might make for a pretty awesome 4k disc.

3 hours to go, I know I won't.

Lucky 🤬. :P

I'm 50 hours out of my viewing. I'll be avoiding all reviews and entertainment news sites from here on out just in case anybody wants to drop spoilers — it happened quite a lot with Ragnarok and IW.

Yeah, nothing from me. My 8yo didn't have to get up(even drinking a large Pepsi). She enjoyed it. Wanted to go when the credits started. I'm like, you sat here for 3 hours just wait a few minutes.

NO END CREDIT SCENE. REALLY.

I'm no mod, but until the USA see it, hope no one even posts a spoiler button. Endless stories from here on. Endless...

No spoilers, but I thought the movie was incredibly disappointing with the ending being particularlly ass. Granted I'm not super into the Marvel movies and their lore though so maybe someone who is will like it better. Although looking at Marvel Spoilers Subreddit, I'm not so sure.

I feel like this movie depends a lot from emotional and epic battle moments, there are some plotholes that I thought Infinity War handled a LOT better than this.

I agree on both counts. It was about emotions.

As a side, End Game is not Part II. It's meant to be separate from Infinity War. Infinity War is about Thanos vs "the bad guys". End Game is about the Avengers. As I mentioned earlier, endless stories to tell.

Over 10 years for this Thanos mega story, something like Secret Wars with EVERYONE involved, it's going to be a good while. However, after seeing what they did in End Game, it can be done.

True. Maybe it's why it is really called the Endgame for a reason.

I loved it. It has some serious issues (will talk about it when more people have seen it), but it redeemed itself with some of the great scenes for me. A ton of fun with a lot of heart. Probably my favorite MCU, but in terms of movie structure, not even top 5 material.

Watched it premiere 2 days ago and loved it to bits. Really feels like a tribute and love letter to all the fans who have been with the series since IM 2008. It's not going to win any Oscars for storytelling, but if you care about these characters as more than just comic book superheroes, it really hits home during the ending.

My only problem is now I feel like I can't be bothered watching anymore MCU movies because the ending feels too perfect. Kinda like F&F 7. I'm satisfied if the story ends there.
