Depends on the person. We have to see how much knowledge and skills they already have.

We pick the car. As a cop you'll have to adapt to different vehicles.

To put it bluntly, I don't see you having much skills for being a cop at the time being. Hopefully, we can change that.

Knowledge of the system (how much fines are, when to give them, etc.) and skills to
adequately adapt to situation(s) in a safe, yet effective manner (control cars, safely stop a chase, etc.).

When applying for the GTPD membership, you will be tested on your knowledge of the notes in post 1 (the OP) of this thread. The notes include the fine list and other various resources for GTPD applicants.
