Best GTR tune ?

I know. Took my Veyron real quick to SSR7 in Practice mode and got it to 262mph out of the tunnel. Gearing is a bit annoying since half of 5th and all of 6th is off the graph...

You guys got a specific room name when your online?

Set the Final Gear first a bit higher, so that you can see all gears.
The Veyron should hit ca. 270mph at the end of the tunnel.

Lobbies with simple names like "Drag" or "Drag race" are usually not bad, even better with ".... no BS". DON'T join lobbies called "Drag/Chill/Test" or "Drag/Tune/Fun" or similar..........THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
Lobbies with the name of a team or similar are usually pretty good.

A mic is definitely helpful.

According to me the gtr is a hard car to tune, second, the gtr is also very popular so many people are trying to optomize it. I would say its harder to tune the gtr to be fast on ssr7, than on indy. Basicly my indy gtr has the 1st gear all way to the left, last 6th gear all way to the right, final to 2.500, top speed all way down. Thats it, pretty basic, but it works okay. I do like 57 mph in 1st gear, and top out by the shadows in 6th gear. My priority isnt indy though, its ssr7.

It takes time to be fast and alot of trial and error, or U can just have your tune given to you from people I teach 8o( bitter) lol....Im to the point where I hardly bring my GT-R out anymore and spend my time tuning other cars...The measure of how fast you are isnt based on one car, but all your cars in general....when I get sick of people messaging me with how fast there GT-R is and that their "calling me out"...Ill stop it by posting my GT-R Spec-V 09' Transmission tune on here for all of you to have so the only thing your racing on is reaction time off the line....BUT That isnt today...lol

Just off topic a little me and cooldude have made monster speed 12`s for tunnel now, it gets to 403 kph while wheelie then goes down to to 393 for the rest of the tunnel. HELLLL YEAHHHH:tup:👍

Talking about the speed 12 why is it that they have only recently been appearing. I've only seen one or till up to a few weeks ago.

Totally agree. Every single car is different and don't expect to find the "perfect base tune" to put on all your cars and they will be fast. But I feel your pain; I'm at the point where people are starting to know me and I am constantly having PM flooding my inbox to help people tune

KRAVEN is very good. I got his ACR by bumper but still... I beat a KRAVENRAW car I'd say him along with SCCREEEM, evan, pastor and cowboy () are in what I consider to be among the elite.

BTW TT3, I think I finally the mountain that is the Nissan GT-R. We should run again and see who wins 👍

Don't worry, slump and I discovered the sweet spots and I feel that both will beat you two. I know I was taking cooldude down last night and that was BEFORE we found the sweet spots, and if you say I didn't cooldude, then yes that's true when you JUMP!!

I haven't even started with my GT-R yet. From what I have heard, it's absolute hell, similar to the launch on the Enzo (which I've been using to grind anyway). My ACR was fun but still not top of the line stuff yet (it currently runs 8.2 seconds @ 163mph at Indy).


I ran a few with DaLightninRacer earlier today and he's got some fast cars. He definitly gave me a run for my money. Needless to say it was for the better, as more of my car's I really dug into to get that extra power from the torque curve.

Most of the guys I was out against today got ran over by me but I still don't have the fastest cars. Like my GT No Stripe. That runs 8.6 seconds @ 159mph at Indy. I'm trying to work that few extra mph out of it, and I'll probably throw a wing on it (I know, BAD) for extra downforce in hopes it helps pin the wheels to the ground some more.

I'll keep an eye on this thread because I'm really waiting to see how everyone else favors this car...
